I'd think if you can't do them throughout the day, even splitting them between AM and PM would be helpful...

Personally I don't think I could have done 100 at a go of either of the only two QFCs I've done...

I agree with the others. You have to do what is best for you. Sometimes because of time constraints I have to do them all at once. I have noticed that when I have to do them all at once I am more sore the next day.

I try and do them throughout the day if I have a chance. Week-ends are the best or when I'm off. Otherwise I have to do them once I get home and as I make dinner, etc. I find some more difficult then others, but that is okay.

That's pretty much what I was figuring. I have gotten them in so far through the day, so it's going well today! :) Thank you all for the replies!

Anyone feeling the T's in their core or is your butt on fire? I feel it in the glutes more than anything!

The purpose of the QuickFire is to keep your metabolism firing all day, that is why it is said to do them throughout the day instead of all at once, BUT if there is no option for spreading them out...then yes DO them all at once, that is better than not doing them at all.

I sometimes have to follow the routine you do. I can't always spread them out during my day at school. I'd love to, but I am not dressed to exercise throughout my day. So, I'd rather do something too than nothing at all.

If I don't have time to quick fire throughout the day or if I know I hate that particular exercise I will do them all at once. My thought is it is better to do something verse nothing. I do try to do it the quick fire way though and have accomplished this through every time I walk into a room I have to do x amount of an exercise. Hope this helps

Which is better, to do the quickfire through the day as you have time or to do mega sets all at once?
I know the point of QF is to peak the metabolism through the day. But what if you don't have time to do the QF throughout the day, does doing a mega set all at once still have a positive effect?
