I love the videos. Keeps variety. My favs are the pilates and the 10min or under ones. I usually run them through twice, but there are times I only have a few minutes.

It's viewing on the computer that bothers me, because you have lean forward to see what they're doing. But, i'm with you Trammel, you do what you have to do. Back in the "olden days" plenty of people watched those 9 inch TV screens, in black & white no less.

These videos were the driving factor to DH getting me a laptop, so I can take it to my exercise area. Now I'm looking at hooking it up to my tv so I can see them better.

Aren't they great?!? My favorites are the 20 minute resistance band, 15 minute desk, and the 15 minute ball workout! I also like all the boot camp ones emoticon

There are so many good videos, I don't really have a favorite. Keep trying different videos until you fine the ones that work for you, and thoes will be your favorite.

I just discovered these awesome videos. I was wondering what your favs are so I can try them out. (I already watched the kickboxing one. I'm going to try that one out tomorrow.) I just wish I didn't have to stand in my kitchen in front of the computer to do them. Oh well gotta do what ya gotta do. Thank you everyone.
