I agree that another country in EPCOT's World Showcase would be excellent!

I enjoy the Maelstrom but wouldn't be too sad to see it updated. However, I know that the Norway pavilion was overburdened with the lines to meet the Frozen characters, so they moved them to the Magic Kingdom. I bet the same would happen with a Frozen ride in the Norway pavilion, it's not designed to handle big lines.

I love the Great Movie Ride, but I think it needs to be updated to include more recent movie moments.

Just a few thoughts (sure I could come up with more if I thought about it but this is off the top of my head.) Stitch is awful - it never ceases to baffle me that someone actually allowed that "ride" to be put in. Great Movie Ride was neat but it's old and tired. I think Space Mountain in MK needs an overhaul. The one at DL is so far superior. I love that one, where I refuse to even ride the one at MK anymore.

Splash Mountain at DL needs an overhaul. It's got nothing on the MK version. Though even still, both of those are getting kind of tired, perhaps.

Peter Pan in DL seems old and tired compared to the WDW version. Though even still, it's become kind of "ho hum" over the years.

I want them to update Small World in WDW to incorporate the Disney characters like they did in the DL version.

There has to be a way to make Buzz Lightyear a little more modern feeling. Now that we have TSM, Buzz seems old and tired.

And this may be complete blasphemy, and this was one of my fave rides as a kid, but I think the Matterhorn needs to be put out to pasture at some point.

I never liked Maelstrom, so if it really is being replaced by Frozen, I'm happy about that. (Although I still haven't seen Frozen)

I can't see them getting rid of Soarin', which is very popular . . . getting a new video makes more sense.

I went on The Great Movie Ride for the first time on my most recent trip . . . it was okay, but I didn't love it, so I think an update or replacement could be good.

I would love to see a new country in the World Showcase part of Epcot . . . they do seem to have the space (or so I've heard), and it would be nice to get a whole new area there.

Well, I guess a Frozen ride instead of Maelstrom was inevitable. But I'd be sad to see it go.

Soarin' isn't supposed to be going away. Its supposed to be getting a new film, so it's not just CA.

I like the Great Movie ride a lot. Always have. It's my least fav park, however. If they wanted to update a few scenes in it, I'd like it. Soon I'm going to have almost no reason to go to DHS if they don't do something.

Yeah Stitch's Great Escape needs to be totally replaced.

I want to run all the races!

Alot of chatter right now about some rides closing down for either a major refurb, or going away entirely. Anyone who gave it a minute of thought could see "Maelstrom" turning into some sort of Frozen ride. Heck, it's already got a troll presence. But talk is flying about "Soarin'" and "Great Movie Ride" going away or being rebuilt as well.
What rides do you think either need shutting down, or reworking?
