I also have a very busy schedule but I usually try to squeeze in two 10 minute walks per day. This adds up to 20 minutes of exercise per day which I think is a decent amount. Hope this helps!

I've been doing T25 and love it! It is 25 minutes with a 2-3 minute stretch. I try to do it first thing in the morning so I don't run into excuses/issues with doing it after work. If I don't do it in the morning I normally suck it up since it is only 25 minutes and feel great afterwards.

I will be where I want to be one day, but I'm the only one who can make it happen!

I like Stronglifts 5x5. 3 times a week for 45 minutes. Great workout.

Good idea with the DVD n the morning. I did that a period and will take up that good habit this winter. I have one with ballet exercises - New York City Ballet. It is really good.

I walk when ever I get the chance. Its a great workout and I am sure you put in a lot of miles just walking from class to class.

I find that when I'm really busy, I get up early and pop in a dvd and workout before anyone else gets up. I really like the Firm dvds as they mix cardio and strength.

Good luck with your workouts and school.

This summer I worked 40-hour weeks, and still found a way to visit the gym. Now, while attending school in my senior year, having 2 jobs, and a full course load, I find myself working out 1-2 times a week when I was working out 5-6 times a week over the summer.

Any suggestions on what the best workouts out there are to do with a busy schedule? Even if it's just 10-20 minutes, and I'm at home or am able to hit the gym?

Much appreciated!
