emoticon emoticon Just saw a picture of my new grand niece. She has not been weighed yet. She is actually a great grand niece. Her Mom has MS so the pregnancy has been a challenge and both of them are doing fine. emoticon emoticon emoticon

The computer is working fine again. I lost what I had written but was able to redu. Machines, sometimes I hate them but what would I do without them?

Congratulations on weight loss and release to return to gym. Going to bed early to avoid night time snacking is what trainer on weight loss show recommended. I am glad exercising, eating right and going to bed earlier has lead to you losing weight. Keep it up! emoticon

went to knee dr for 9 week check up (I'm cleared to return to gym) and jumped on scales. Apparently mine at home are off. His showed (and I trust the dr scales) I lost 4 more lbs. I must be on the right track to get back to pre-injury weight .goal Only 6 more to go. Walking a boatload daily plus, eating wiser during the day. Still going to bed earlier than usual......mostly to avoid night time snacking....but whatever works, right?! Next week back to medical dr to get A1C re-checked.....am expecting a normal reading now that I am back moving around.
