I had a great weigh in at Curves this morning. I lost 1.5 pounds since June 2nd, 3.75 inches and I was down in body fat pounds also. My goal now is to get on the scales at Curves fully dressed shoes and all be be under 125. That will just make my day. I did weigh myself this morning when I got up and was 124.8 naked, not much different from June 21st but still losing. emoticon

That's great, Gretchen! I gained back some weight but didn't reset my tracker ... couldn't bear to do that. I lost 4 pounds last week, so I'm almost back to where I was.

127.8 again this morning. I'm maintaining so that is a good thing. I actually saw a 126.8 on day last week but till I see 126 more than once I don't count it, but that means I am getting closer to my goal.

I started using the "My Tools" section and the Calories Differential Report has really kept me on track. I try to stay at least at a minus 250 differential so I can maintain. You will get to your goal for sure by our next Sparkversary. You are doing a great job so far. emoticon and emoticon on your weight loss so far.

I wanted to make my goal weight by my emoticon which is tomorrow but it does not look like it. I am 27 lbs from my goal. Oh well I will not give up!!!! As long as I am losing and learning these are the reasons to keep going. emoticon

Gretchen, that's awesome! Congratulations!

I'm getting back to basics and back on track. I have some new recipes to try, and I stocked up on whole grains, beans, and lentils. Our weather is nice, so I can try to start walking again. I'm anxious to see the numbers start dropping on my scale.

Well here I go again. I weighed myself this morning and I am 131, up one pound. That is okay though because I will still get to the 120's soon. emoticon

I'm still stuck, but I haven't been very good at exercising recently. I have to make it a habit to get the gym regularly.

Well I am okay today. I weighed myself this morning and I am exactly the same at last Sunday, 132. At least I did not gain and I am maintaining. Slow but sure I will get to where I want to be but I will not lose any sleep over it.

No progress with the scales again, I'm so stuck!!!

But I'm not that discouraged today. I think my body is just trying to readjust because although I've not lost, I've not gained either and there have been times I didn't follow my nutrition plan all that well.

So for now I'm content with where I am right now. I'm sooooo much better off than when I started!

Sunday, 2/21, I weighed myself at 132, down a pound. I think I'm losing fat and gaining some muscle because I feel thinner and more toned. I managed to stay in the minus calorie differential (-494 average for the week) and I walked an average of 10,241 steps a day this week.

Hurray for Everyone! I haven't logged my last two weigh-ins ~ stuck on a 2 month plateau. Glad to see some are making progress. I'll see how I do on Wednesday.

I am thinking very positive that I will reach my goal weight in the next month. I am only weighing myself on Sunday morning and I am trying to stick to the -500 calorie differential daily. So far it is working.

167.6 today. That's up 0.2 pounds from last week, but that's okay; I didn't really keep track of my eating this week, and I did quite a bit of strength training (I hate you Jillian Michaels, and your 30 Day Shred!).

Tomorrow is my weigh in day, but I am changing it to Monday. I joined the Biggest Loser team February challenge, and weigh in is Monday. Hopefully I will lose what I gained in January!
