Finally went back to basics... 30 minutes Jillian Michaels workout then strength training before work. Jogged 1.5 miles and walked .5 miles this evening.

Patsyann - there's no "beating" here, just chasing our goals. right? You will totally be there on the 27th. If it makes you feel any better I only exercised for 20 minutes today. Lots of "mom"stuff to deal with.

Did a 20 minute workout video. It was a "dance" video and I don't think what I was doing could remotely be called dancing. More like flailing. I kinda looked like Elaine from Seinfeld!!!!!!

I've been trying to change things up so it stays fresh, but I really miss Jillian and her beating me up. I'll think I'll visit her tomorrow!

yesterday - did 40 minute workout video. and strength training.

Today - jogged 1.75 miles without stopping. Then walked for another 90 minutes (about 6 miles total)

Monday I worked out at the gym for 75 minutes, yesterday I did 40 minutes of cardio at the gym. Today I'm resting my legs.

KW, I did lose 2 more pounds, only five more to 50 x 27! WOO HOO!

I did get to the gym today. I spent a very focused 60 minutes. My drop in weight this week has encouraged me to meet my goal of 50 pounds by the time my grandson comes home on leave from Iraq on Oct. 27. I can do this! Only 7 more pounds to go for first goal! YAY

Did some exorcise on my Wii fit. Table tilt boxing penguin slide. Plus I did 3 mile DVD walk. Walked a brisk walk of 6 blocks after dinner. Total miles for the day 13.536 miles.

Patsyann- I just reread my post. "I" wasn't great, "it" was great.(I just fixed my typo-lol) But I did really enjoy myself and I am a bit sore today. It did make me realize that I better do this thing on my own at home because I don't see how I would be able to get to the gym enough. But it was fun to try it out.

Anyway, back to my routine - 30 day shred video and strength training. Now off to work.

I did a bunch of running after my son in the yard and playing basketball with him. I walked 30 min after dinner by my self. I also did a bunch of Wii fit exercises. A total of 8.947 miles.

Met a Sparkfriend at her gym today. I haven't been to one in years so it was great. Did about 1 hour on the machines and then 45 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Question how big is your house that you vacuum for 30min.?

I vacuumed this morning it only took me 5 min. I went out with my hubby and son to the park then to the store after leaving the park 2 hours.Then out to eat then home. I walked 4 miles DVD had to work off my meal. Definitely made me go over my cal. I did a total of 12.714 miles today.

I did not do my 4 mile DVD today,but I did a total walking around 4 miles at the stores.

The other post below I posted late so it was yesterdays.

I did a 4 mile DVD WALK AND JOG. But I did a walk of 14 miles today. Plus a Wii fit challenge I am in. emoticon

I've got to get back to walking... going to the gym 3 days a week just isn't cutting it any more.

Last night started c25k program to help me with my goal of running the 5k Race for the Cure on Mothers Day instead of walking this year.

Just finished my c25k again tonight. Ran/walked for 25 min. This fall weather is great!
