Thanks for all the suggestions. I will be going out Monday in search of a resistance band that is 6 feet long. The ones I have are only 4 feet long which does not work well for many of the exercises.

So far my leg strap is doing okay, but I bought a wireless nunchuck that I use for the exercises that do not require the leg strap. I leave the other nunchuck in the leg strap and just plug it into the remote when I need too. Saves a lot of stress on the leg strap. Plus I know it is in the leg strap correctly all the time.

Okay, my band doesn't have any issues, but my leg strap does!!! I noticed it has some stress tears near where the nunchuk goes.

I know I tighten it up really good so that it doesn't slip on the run, but it's not like I'm cutting off circulation or anything...

I have heard that you can get them at pharmacies. Some will even have it on rolls and they will cut it to the length you want.

Mine ripped the first week I got it. I kept readjusting the handles but eventually it go too short. I ended up getting a new one which is fine because the red one wasn't giving me enough of a workout anyway. I was thinking of contacting them for a new one but I don't really want another one so I didn't bother.

I looked but don't have the packaging anymore. It was ones that I bought in a sporting goods store that contained three different resistance bands. I know they were longer because we looked for that. I also have several bands from PT. Sorry I can't be of more help

it would be EA Sports you would need to contact. They are the ones who made the game. I noticed my band has a small tear in it... sigh.......

What kind did you get to replace it? The ones I have here at the house are much shorter than the one that come with it. I am going to contact Nintendo and see if they will replace the band. If nothing else, they need to do the product is defective.

That's a pain. emoticon

Anything stretchy and plastic seems to have occasional issues with product runs and QC. Like my purchase history with airbeds. I can't seem to get a good one off the bat, no matter what company it is. I always have to take it back and get a replacement. Grrr.

I considered doing that - then I figured out I could just double up the band for additional resistance. I agree they should replace it - it should not have broke that easily!

I don't use the resistance band that came with mine. I use one that I bought, I found the one that came with it did not provide me with enough resistance. I am now glad that I just tossed it. I would write or call them so they know and see if they will replace it

WOW! That stinks. I am doing my 30 day challenge with two other people - we have each done about 16 or 17 workouts so far and the resistence band has held up --- I hope it doesn't break!!

Well I made it through 31 workouts before the resistance bank literally shredded apart from the handle. I sure hope Nintendo reads our comments and replaces this band with something worth the extra money they charged for the program. I am sure that I have something better to replace it with, but I think they should have provided a better product to begin with. Did they not test it out?
