Stay on my food plan religiously, because that's the only way that works for me. It is so nice to be on day 25 and feel like food is just sustenance. It doesn't call me. I don't care if I eat at supper time or two hours later. I don't care if I eat a vegetable I like or a less appealing one. I don't care if I sip soda or coffee in a restaurant while others eat there. I simply do not care about food today. I love that. Amazing how freedom comes in after I've been using a weighed and measured food plan for weeks.
