My abstinence - I do not eat in movie theaters,no COSTCO samples. No crackers or chips of any kind. It will be 3 years Jan. 1st

I thought about it and I'm going to count it as when I'm within my macros. I could eat 1200-1550 calories worth of junk food and still be within my calorie goal but I wouldn't consider that being abstinent. Carbs aren't a problem as much as sugar is for me. I don't eat bread very often. When I eat potatoes it's the small, red ones. I didn't realize corn was a carb but I do eat that, not very often. I only eat brown rice but I prefer couscous or quinoa. I'm staying at 1200-1550 calories. I feel decent when I'm around 1400-1500. That seems to be where I've been hitting the last couple of days.

Hi

Abstinence is what you and your sponsor decide. It is different for everyone. For myself it not eating/ drinking certain foods, others itís a meal plan, others itís not purging. It is different for everyone. Let me know if I can be of some help.

Sunday - over on fat, over on carbs, under on protein. 1521 calories (within goal).



Monday - good on fat, good on carbs, good on protein :) I wasn't even trying (macros wise). 1447 calories (within goal).



Tuesday - good on fat, good on carbs, good on protein :) Holy crap. I've got 2 days in a row of not only being within calorie goal (1,497), but also hitting macros.

Now the question is - what is abstinence? Days I am within my calorie goal? Or days I'm within my macros goal?

Do I have two days or three?
