I worked really hard yesterday. I'm building a stone path up the mountain. This entails, at this point, carrying heavy flagstones UPHILL.....
So, today my goal is simply recovery. I mean, these are 30 and 50, 60 pound weights! And I'm a 64 year old woman! I can't do it like I used to; but I can still do it! Just with more "time-outs!"
