if you decde to finish remember there are two more stash buster challenges comng up

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much A true friend reaches for your hand but touches your hea

I would put it away for the time being and when the time is right you can either continue to work on it and perhaps donate it to a charity or rip it out and start again for someone else And if you find you just can't look at it, find another knitter who can finish it up for you and they can decide the best place for it to go emoticon

When my mother passed away last March, I was knitting a blanket for her. I haven't been able to work on it since she passed. I don't know whether to store it, try to finish it, if I finish it what to do with it. Today I thought about working on it but it made me feel sad so I didn't. Any advice?
