Stick with it and get to be a whole lot older. If I had known I would be needing my body this long, I would have taken a lot better care of it, right? Never quit!

I've lost thirty pounds and am actually getting some muscle definition. I'm feeling well and I'm much stronger. I'm out of an unhealthy relationship and sleeping better. Not bad for an old guy. I'm grateful..
