Definitely have NOT skipped out on paying a bill for dining!

Have noticed a couple times at our local grocery when firemen who were shopping together had a call and had to drop everything and rush out. Sometimes when standing in line even... or sitting at the coffee bar. I'm thinking their bills at the coffee bar were forgiven, and that the groceries on the belt were put away for when they could come back.

Oh, gosh no! I waited tables for a few years, so had it happen to me like 3 times. Thankfully it wasn't any more than that.

Allergy shots have really helped me and my husband. I haven't been "sick" during Mountain Cedar season" in a couple of years. Just itchy eyes and a slightly runny nose. Huge improvement.

QUOTE: “Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognize how good things really are.” ~ Marianne Williamson

QUESTION: Have you ever…dined and dashed?

Not that I recall. Although we did have a situation once where we went out with my uncle and did leave without paying. My Uncle was teasing my dad and said that they paid for all of it. My dad thought he was serious and so he told the staff at Pizza Inn that my uncle paid for it already. We didn’t find out until later that it hadn’t been paid for at all. Knowing my Mom, they got paid after the fact. She was a stickler for those sorts of things.

My shots went well yesterday morning. They increased my dose. My reactions are getting less and less afterwards as well. Still not too terribly busy at the office, so I was glad I had my book! I did a little reading and managed to hit my 10,000 steps. I have to tell y’all that this tracking thing is really catching on for me. I was rushing out of the house yesterday morning to get my shots and I felt like something was off...and I realized it was because I hadn’t tracked yet. I am really liking seeing the tracker full each day and then hitting those 10,000 steps on top of that. I feel like I’m finally getting a handle on things. I feel like the mindshift is happening and it feels good! I’ve also been trying to be consistent with my blogging this week. It’s a work in progress. I did read something where a blogger suggested that using her blog was a way that she held herself accountable. I better get moving! Happy Friday eve!

Take Care and God bless,

Tracey W.
