I experienced sleep paralysis more than once. It's a frightening experience but harmless for the most part--at least in my case.

No. I've woken up so exhausted that I couldn't pry myself out of bed for a while, but not where I just couldn't move.

woken up and couldn't move? No, that's never happened in real life.

I have had dreams where I couldn't move, though. Very scary.

No, although occasionally I'm so stiff it's hard to move.

Once. I had a little girl on each side and they had me pinned in.

QUESTION: Have you ever…woken up and couldn’t move?

Not that I recall. However, my allergies were so bad when I was a child that there were a number of mornings when I would wake up and not be able to open my eyes because the “gunk” would be so bad that my Mom would have to get a warm rag and help me get it off so I could open my eyes.

Sorry for the late start. Jarrod is staying with us again and I needed to get moving for my shots. My shots went well this morning, even though I’m a little itchy. I was running late because I decided to make everyone eggs this morning to go with the pigs in a blanket that DH fixed. While I felt good about doing that, it through my schedule completely off. I see myself making more breakfast casseroles for the family. Well, I got a surprise on the scale last night. I was down 3.2 pounds. I was not expecting it since I was over my SmartPoints allowance several days, but I feel good that I tracked EVERYTHING that I ate. So far this week, I have hit 10,000 steps each weekday. I feel like positive changes are happening. One step at a time, right? Happy Friday!

Take Care and God bless,

Tracey W.
