Sarah, My body can also very easily eat 2000 calories, but I refuse to give it justice. You are doing an excellent job with doing what works for you.

Wow! Wish I had y'all's eating problem. lol... I could easily eat 2000 calories, unfortunately!

But I try to keep my calories under 1300 because I don't want to have to exercise so much. It's easier to keep the calories down than find time to exercise a bunch. I try for 15-30 minutes of cardio a day, and hopefully a sparkpeople video (7-10 minutes).

If I could find more exercise time, I would DEFINITELY eat more! :)

Spark gave me a calorie range of 1500 to 1800 and I can never reach that. I seem to do better some days and worst the others. I still am trying to understand the calories in and out. Hope your advise is helping.

I have the same issue to Raney...my calories burned doesn't correlate with what I eat. I was thinking about hvaing a three day rest period. I can't help from exercising and I am not much of a eater. I find it difficult to eat 1700 calories. The most I can do on a good day is 1500 calories. Reduce the amount of calories burn if possible....

Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it.

Thanks Sammy and Dedrie: Weight lose can definitely go against everything we have learned thru the years. Our mind tells us eat less, loss weight, so it is hard to go against that grain sometimes. I have really increased the workouts over time so maybe I need to go adjust it.

Hey Debbie, I agree with Sammy. If you know that you are going to be keeping your calories burned high for at least a month, then I would make the necessary changes. A few months ago I was working out like a dog and wasn't losing anything and it was because my calorie intake was too low. Eat up girl, even if you find a nice protein shake or add more fruits/veggies to each day. Just make sure they are healthy calories and you should be fine.

Let us know what you decide to do.

I did not raise mine from 1200 until I was consistantly burning way more then what spark said. I do not log calories right now because it was saying I needed to eat way more then I could.

Try to go at your higher level right now with out adjusting your minutes on your fitness thing and see after a couple of weeks if the weight starts coming off. I know that it took me 2 weeks of treadmill overages for the scale to move.

Girls, I need some advice here. I keep going over my exercise minutes by quite a bit. I bump it up but still keep going over. I get the following message: *You've gone over your weekly calories burned goal by a significant amount. Your calories eaten goal will not adjust automatically. If you have increased the amount of exercise you are doing, you should update your fitness settings here to make sure you are consuming enough calories to support the additional activity. Should I just ignore this or should I go in and adjust again. I am currently at 1200-1550 calories a day and to be honest not loosing a pound, yet. I am kinda scared to get anymore calories, but also know if I am not getting enough I will also hurt my progress in the long run. What is everyone elses calorie range?
