I have an office job as well and I am really struggling to get my steps in throughout the day. I could walk in place or jog in place, but my coworkers would wonder what was going on, and I think they are already convinced that I'm a little strange. emoticon

Hi guys! Feel free to add me --

www.fitbit.com/user/24QVK3

I used to have a FitBit One (which I ended up getting rid of) but I JUST got the Flex and I LOVE IT. It got here yesterday at 5PM, and I've been wearing it since about yesterday at 5:05 :)

I am new to Fitbit as well. Just got my force after Christmas with a gift card that my husband gave me. I'm looking for motivation as well and so far I find that I want to see those numbers climb so I take the stairs all the time and walk a lot more. A little bit of friendly competition would be a good motivator as well.
My fitbit number is www.fitbit.com/user/2B8MDR for anyone looking for more friends on fitbit

Hi - yes, Nancylrags is right -- SP nutrition syncs over to FB, and exercise syncs from FB to SP. Sometimes the food syncing from SP into FB doesn't work well -- I find that opening up the FB food entry to actually view the entries fixes the problem. Also, if you enter and then delete on SP, FB won't recognize the deletion and you have to delete on FB. But overall, the sync generally works pretty well.

Yes, if I understand your question. SP nutrition syncs over to FB. Water does not. Exercise syncs from FB to SP. Also weight sync from FB to SP.

Am I right?

I'm not sure where to ask this, but can someone let me know if the food/nutrition intake on SP can sync with the Fitbit food log? THANKS. I've juts had my Fitbit Flex for five days and already I'm seeing how much better it is than the BodyBugg.

I got my FitBit One as a birthday present to myself (Dec 14th). I wore it for about a week, liking it but not getting motivated enough. Then, I misplaced it somewhere in my tiny apt. I found it again on Jan 5th and I have been completely obsessed ever since! But I need support to keep up this momentum!! My FitBit user is 29FNCF

Hi all. My Fitbit link is fitbit.com/user/29LVYR. I got my Flex for Christmas, and I'm addicted! It's very motivating. At age 50, I've run a couple of 5k's in the last 2 years. Each one has been hard, but great. I'm considering a 10k for 2014, although it's a very daunting prospect. Would love some FitBit friends with similar goals!

Good morning,

I sent you a friend request!

I have had my fitbit since my birthday this summer and love it. I am a teacher who walks in the same tiny space every day. I have recently been released by my podiatrist to start walking again, but have found that I need to stay within a range of 9500 - 10,000 steps to keep from aggravating my injury. Sometimes, I use my sore foot as an excuse! I definitely need some fitbit friends to keep me accountable!

If anyone else would like to add me, my email address is geojeanie@gmail.com

I joined the winter 5% if any one else is in that and would like to buddy up!

Keep Sparking!

Happy New Year to everybody!
After my Ultra started to die on me, I just got myself the Fitbit One right before Christmas, and I absolutely love it.
It really got me moving more, from about 3000 steps a day to about 10000! I love that I can get my results on my phone without having to be around the charging station at home.
Now I would love to have some friends to keep me motivated!
I hope I'm doing this right, my Fitbit page is //www.fitbit.com/user/239DFW

I have had Fitbits over the last several years. My daughter bought me the Force for Christmas which I loved, but it cracked in the first week! I took it back and they were all out of them and none in any nearby stores. I thought about it and realized that if it cracks that easy, maybe it isn't worth having. Also if the band breaks you are out of luck. With this in mind, I downgraded to the Flex and it is perfect for me. I am happy I can change bands and all I really need is there. It does not count floors, but I have never felt that was accurate anyway. Example: I went to NY last week with my daughter (by bus) and walked around for 4 hours. It credited me with 50 floors!!

Anyway, here is my info: http://www.fitbit.com/user/224B78

I have had 5 fitbits and fitbit.com's customer support it superb. I washed 3 of the fitbit ultras which they replaced and bought the one and after a year i lost it and they replaced it.

I can't seem to get motivated without it. I haven't been much of a team member which is a goal I am starting right NOW!

I would love to be friends on fitbit! Watch out, I will most likely friend you! I love having the positive "peer pressure". Feel free to add me on both sites.
