I did palate exercise today. I enjoyed it . I could feel the muscles in my thighs and abs being worked.. These spared the pain in the knees

I stayed within my calorie range and drank my 48 oz of water!

60 sounds cool for me but I'm sure your enjoying it after the winter is gone. We had it in the high 80's yesterday and 90's today. than maybe a day of 70's. That sounds good.

So are you going to have Mixican food today? Hubby desided to have tacos for dinner. That's OK with me I don't mind making them.

It sounds like the pool will open by Mon. I hope so. I sure need the cxercise.

What a beautiful day in my neighborhood!

Sunny & temps in the 60's!

We ended up having a social distancing get together in my sons garage last night. It was a good idea since it started to rain. It was so nice to see 4 of my kids/spouses.

I am going to enjoy my new living room furniture arrangement. I can see my hanging baskets & lots of birds on my porch. It is suppose to rain tomorrow so will be a stay in day as my porch is not enclosed.

FERN... That shrimp soup sounds good. Does it have a cream base? Rolland loved seafood. I have made Barbara Bush recipe for clam chowder. It is really good

It seem like days are pretty much the same at my place. I mixed things up a bit yesterday by doing some reading while I enjoyed the slight warm up. The robins did not seem to mind that I was in their territory. I am reading a book written by EDWIN GRINNON. He is editor of guidepost & this book is about his addiction to alcohol.

I also watched some of my recorded AMERICAN IDOL. I marked down those that I liked best & one was a girl named LAUREN from CANADA. I am behind on watching IDOL so tonight will try to see if she is still in the competition.

I am hungry for spaghetti so will put that on my menu for tonight. I have the beef already cooked so it should be fairly easy. I also wan to make a veggie dip. I got the recipe on line so hope it is good. It uses mayo & sour cream plus the spices.

I woke up with lower leg pains probably because rain is in the forecast. ..but the arthritis forecast for high pain does not start until tomorrow. My body did not get the notice. I find the roll on pain cream applied to my lower back helps.

DD is wanting to have an out door get together. I think we can do it if we keep our safe distance & she talks loud enough for me to hear!

Did I mention that MEGAN the nurse got to come home from hospital?. Her story has been featured on GOOD MORNING AMERICA. Little Weston is still in hospital but should get out in a few weeks as he gains more weight. I think she was in hospital about 3 weeks.

No hadn't seen that cartoon but I did see the one that took and umbrela and cur eye holes and a mounth hole doing hair.

Glad your getting in a short walk. I'm staying home with not much to do but read. Hubby made super last night. It was good. He made a shrimp soup. We have to more supers in the freezer now. Hubby like to find dinners and make them once and a while. He cleans up after himself also.

Please take care and keep safe. Hugs Fern

Did you see the funny FB post of a lady getting her hair done. The beautician throws water on her & then uses a mop to scrub her hair. I had a LOL thinking of my granddaughter doing it next month.

My son is offering to get me some things from Krogers this weekend. I came up with a short wish list.

It might get up to 60 today & if it is not raining, I will get a short walk in. My pain has been higher lately & I think walking will help.

Enjoy your weekend!

Karen it's nice you DD is so good to you. Mine are 1700 miles north of me. But sometimes that is good also. We talk often and we go see them once a year. Don't know about this year. We'll see.

Not doing much. Hubby is at the store to get a few things we need. We'll pick up our order from a week ago at the store on Sat.

Take care and please stay safe. Hugs Fern

FERN.. I have a friend that grew up in Ohio & has remarried & moved to Texas. She is having a hard tie with Texas weather. Hope you can get some of those veggies. My sister is getting ready to put out a bigger garden this year.

My daughter calls me everyday. Yesterday I ask if she planned to get a grocery order in. She said yes. It usually takes a few days for the order to be ready. I don't normally ask for certain items but I am really hungry for a salad so I ask for some lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers etc and some croutons. I am starting to use up my supply of water so I ask for water.

Last night she called & said she was on her way with groceries from Walmart. She leaves them on porch & I get them into house. She brought me 2 bags of groceries & 2 jugs of water. I waved goodbye & took bags to kitchen. She got me several things I would not normally buy & a bag of croutons. I thought where are my veggies!?? I was laughing about it and telling my sister. Asking "What does she think I will do with these croutons?" I was wondering if the fresh things were not available or if my daughter was having memory problems?

Then DD called & said she had missed bringing in one bag of groceries. That answered the question of what I would do with my croutons. I got a good laugh out of it & this morning DD came back to town with my bag of veggies! Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, broccoli. I will be having a nice salad today & thinking about the wonderful daughter I raised. She spends her own money to buy me more groceries than I would normally buy myself & drives 20 miles to deliver them to my door.

I am working on a "goodie bag" for a lady I met at the nursing home. Her husband passed away a few months ago. She has two sons that live in another town but no daughters. So far, I have magazines, apples, candy bars, a small puzzle & rice krispie bar. Do you have any other suggestions of what she might like?

Wishing you all a nice day!

Pumpkin pie sounds good. I have ground cherries in my frezzer but I hate to make a pie for just us.

Your temps are comming up ours has shot up near 100 again today with lots of humidity.
Not a good day to be out.

This morning I had to pick our carrots because somethig is digging them up and eating them.
we have 3 smalls tomatos I hope they ripe so I can pict them beore thr birds get them. Then all I have left is onions. Hubby makes a garden in large pots on our deck.

I hope they don't open the facories up to soon. We don't need to have what happened to China. I know it's hard on those that need the work. But it will be harder on those thar are left behind it the get the virus and not make.it.

I hope your gragre sale will open this summer if not maybe next year. again you need to be safe.

Take care my God bless Hugs Fern

The pumpkin pie is really good. I used the recipe on the can of pumpkin substituting evaporated dry milk for canned evaporated milk. I just used less water when I made the milk.

It was so nice to get out on my porch & take a walk yesterday, It is down to 41 degrees this morning. Community garage sales were scheduled for this month but my fingers would not be happy if I was browsing sales this month. I would need to wear my gloves for sure!

I am getting hungry for some fresh veggies. My daughter & sister do my shopping so I have not been out with people for 42 days. They are both using the curbside shopping . They drop the food off at my door & sometimes we chat for a few minutes but never get up close. I know I am at higher risk not only my age but also because I weight too much.

In Ohio it is expected that more factories & businesses will reopen in a few weeks. Our cases were really up yesterday mostly because mass testings were done at our prisons. Many without symptoms tested positive. Our hospitalizations & deaths have been down for a few days. No new cases in my county for several days.

I was suppose to have lab work done in March but did not get it done. My liver numbers were slightly high & also Vitamin D & Calcium levels were to be checked. I am scheduled to see the rheumy doctor next month so will need to get those done unless she decides otherwise.

Take care.

No Karen I don't think any of us should be around many people in May. It's best we stay at home and be sure. You do know that is hard on us over 60 yrs, My Hubby takes good care of me and wont let me out very much. We had to go to the tax office to sign some papers. Our refund was stolen. So we had to go. Everyone in the office and us had our masks on and we use the hand sanizer.
Please take care. Hugs Fern

Another Spark friend gave me a fruit cake recipe that sounds delicious. I have frozen blueberries that I need to use up, but I will make it with apples, first. I have been thinking of making a pumpkin pie but I don't have evaporated milk. I read that you can use regular milk if you add corn starch.

It is suppose to get up to 60 degrees today. I hope it does. I got dressed &now I can take a walk. I think it would help me to feel better. My leg pain has been much higher lately. It is that time of year that Jill & I enjoyed the community garage sales. I haven't given up hope that we might be able to enjoy a few in July or August. What do you think? I am pretty sure that I will not be getting out around people much in May.

I wish we had a little bit of your heat. It's gotten a little colder here in Southern Ontario and I've seen some snowflakes today and the last couple of days. I did not have quite as much energy today so my accomplishments were not a whole lot but that's ok. I had a nice chat on phone with a lady that I support - we can't go out into the community due to the virus at this time so I just check in by phone with her every once in a while. I'm retiring soon but will probably stay in touch with this lady as we like to attend a bible study group together.

MARY BETH...What is that rolater you mentioned?

My pain has been much higher lately. My foot doctor believes my lower leg pain is part of my lower back pain. I think I have been sitting too much. I am putting on warmer clothes & getting outside today. It will be 45 degrees soon so I will try to get out.

Wow, its mid April and I saw snow coming down today! I did not have a whole lot of energy today until late afternoon. I guess some days are just like that. Being stuck inside can get to me a little bit. I don't do much walking - I think its because I am afraid of tripping and falling. I'm sure a rollator/walker would be of benefit and support to go outside for a walk, but I think my husband would just laugh at me if I got one. I'm not old enough, or am I?? If I should see one at a yard sale this summer I think I'll get one.

DD brought me supper but before I had a chance to microwave it the power went out. I am sure I was not the only one wondering how long the outage would be with a freezer full of food. The outage lasted about 2 hours so everyones food was safe. Thank God!

Thank you for praying! We got some encouraging news about the young nurse mom. She is off of the life support & doing ok with just the ventilator. She received the blood plasma. The little boy is off of the ventilator & just on oxygen. He is doing good. Praise God!

It is 40 degrees out this morning. I am glad I was able to sit outside on my swing yesterday. It will not warm up enough to get out for long this week.

Happy Easter to everyone! I see so many inspiring posts, and some requests for prayers for those who have lost loved ones, the young nurse whose baby was taken early. Prayers for all these situations. Prayers that this virus will subside and cures will be found.

I hope everyone has a good day!

Happy Birthday FERN....

A few days ago I mentioned a young pregnant nurse that has the virus. Since then her conditioned changed & the baby was not getting enough oxygen so they decided to take him at 30 weeks. He weighs 3 lbs & 9 oz.& is doing well. Megan was transferred to a bigger hospital & put on a temporary life support. This is to help her body gain strength to fight the virus. She is showing signs of improvement & may be able to return to respirator only. Drs are optimistic that she will recover. My community has raised more than $27,000 to help the family & many prayers are welcomed for both Megan & her little boy.

Take care.

FERN.. glad you got that walk in. Is it hot there in Texas?

I woke up early on this chilly day. No plans but will try to make it a really good day. My daughter called last night. She is really missing other people. She went to the school to pick up lessons her students returned but said not many came in. I told her the President mentioned her in his speech. He said people are getting stir crazy in their homes & apartments. I would imagine it is really hard for those people who are used to getting out everyday. It is day # 30 for me to be home. I take solace in knowing that it would be pretty cold for those community garage sales Jill & I would be going to.

The nursing home residents loved this song.

Fern...65 years is quite an accomplishment. I only made it to 25!

Day # 27 of staying home. It is warming up this week so I will be able to get out of the house.
My friend Becky loss her hubby to this virus. He was 71 years old. We have a young pregnant nurse in the hospital. She was able to come off of the ventilator & now is on oxygen. She is having a great deal of pain & not able to get pain relief due to pregnancy. Prayers for Megan are appreciated. Baby is ok & she is in a good hospital.

Our Gov is expected to expand restrictions today. Likely close church services & sale of non essentials at big stores. Our numbers are going up. People are spending more time at Walmart buying non essentials & taking the whole family. Not sure what he will do with closing parks.

My daughter is in high anxiety, especially since her daughter is still working at a factory that was not doing the social distancing. They make cardboard boxes. My son the mailman now has a mask that a local group has made. I know he is nervous about it. My other son works at Sunbeam bakery. I am sure he is anxious as he tends to be very nervous & has had panic attacks.

My sister had me order dog food through chewy. She does not have a credit card & not able to get it local.

Good news the temps are going up. I will be able to sit outside & take a walk without my fingers turning white. I am trying to get my meds delivered by mail. My DD could get them but I don't want her to have to go out. I will spray the bag & let it sit for a few days when it arrives.

Hugs & prayers from OHIO. Thinking especially of Janny & family.

Janny... I am so very sorry about your cousins wife. Such a terrible thing for your family to go through...especially at this difficult time.

My days have not changed much. Mornings I drink coffee & read my devotional books. Our Gov. Dewine gives a press conference at 2 & then I watch Trump at 530. I am looking forward to warmer temps so I can get outside more. It might get to 60 degrees soon.

I am not very good at down sizing. I need to get with it!

Take care friends.

Hello all. My cousins wife took her life today. I am just in shock. Here I am scared to death about all the virus and the worries about complications and death, and she just gave up.
This will make the next few days much harder.

Life has been quite interesting since I've had to actually slow down. Taking my time just doing small projects around the house, enjoying the fact that I can sleep in for as long as I want to, doing some reading and trying to get through some old magazines/books. Going through closets too to see what I can get rid of or donate - takes me forever as I have to look through everything and really think about what to do with things. I'm not too great at downsizing!

Artsky, yes I have been a reader for many years. I actually have a book in almost every room of our house. I am currently reading Warning by James Patterson in the living room, and a book by Beverly Macomber in the bedroom, Blossom Street Brides. I am also reading a bible study by Kaye Arthur called Grace. I do crosswords and word finds too. And I have an obsession for cookbooks. I will look at a cookbook over and over.

I am doing pretty well keeping occupied partly because I kind of do that anyway. During cold and flu season, I am a bit more careful and limit exposure to large gatherings. But at least I do go to church and to the store. NOw nothing at all.

Have a good day!

Artsy, I have vegetables and some good stuff, but a lot of bad around here too. I have only been to my allergy doc in the past 3 weeks to get my allergy shots. They are doing drive up allergy shots outside the office so you don't come in contact with anyone. This is a very scary time.

I am trying to stay positive too, but yesterday was really hard and I broke down a bit. My RA was flaring too,so that didn't help at all. I am feeling better today.

What is everyone doing to stay occupied at home?

I think the hardest part of this new virus is just FEAR of the unknown. This is the first one in my lifetime that we have no medication to help and no vaccine to prevent. And we hear or read one thing and then a totally different story 30 minutes later.

I am a stress eater, so this is very hard for me right now. I am praying that everyone takes this seriously the next week or so and we see a downturn soon.

Happy Friday! HOpe everyone is remaining safe during all this confusion. Today, i am going to work on paying some of our bills for the next two weeks. I already got my workout in for the day. I have laundry to do as well and cooking. I am doing ok at keeping myself occupied. I have had a lot of practice at this, so it doesn't really bother me too much, but my husband and son are getting antsy.

What is everyone doing during this time?

Good morning everyone! Hope everyone is safe and healthy!
I am staying in and around my home, and I am hoping to get outside today for a walk with my dogs. I am trying my best to stay on course for my health. I am a stress eater, so all this virus mayhem has me up in arms.

Let's share what we are doing during this time to give each other ideas of how to pass the time.

Hoping everyone is safe and having a good St. Patrick's Day. I have Irish in my blood so I celebrate this day as best as I can. I have my green on, and I am making corned beef brisket and cabbage for dinner tonight.

Again, I am staying off a lot of social media. There are a lot of good posts, but many are just plain mean during this unprecedented time in our lives and it is not compassionate in my opinion and makes me want to be angry. I refuse to do this. I will stick to Sparkpeople and my RA site and the rest can take care of itself.

Be kind to one another today, and wishing everyone the Luck of the Irish today!

My state has lots of closings. DD has ordered me to stay home. I have plenty of food & things to keep me busy, I do worry about those still out working & my granddaughter is a nurse . Her hubby is paralyzed so is high risk.

Polls are closed today per Gov. order.

Stay safe everyone & say a prayer or two if you are so inclined.

Good morning to all. Yes it's crazy out there. We went to shop for the week Thurs. What a madhouse. It's just nuts. Why do people need to horrd TP when the virus is in the head and lungs? Can't figure that out yet.
Panda and Karen please take it easy and don't go out unless you have to.
Today our street is having their pot luck. I'm not going to be there. To me that's not wise.

Take care and keep healthy. Hugs Fern

It is 43 degrees here in Ohio. My stomach is a little unhappy today. Not sure why?

The Gov. is a pretty unpopular person today. All bars & restaurants are ordered to close except for carry out. When you close a bar in my county that is extreme cruelty. Our health care system cannot handle a situation like in Italy.

I sure am glad I have not tried to go to the store. I hear it is a madhouse & most shelves are empty. People fighting over everything! Many churches were not open this morning.

Last night I watched the movie A GLASS CASTLE. It was really good. I will be looking for a comedy to watch tonight unless I watch the debate.

During this season of Lent, I have been staying away from social media so much. I don't get on any type of social media at all on Wednesdays, and refrain more often the other days of the week. So I have been gone for quite a while as far as leaving messages on the page and such.

With this coronavirus outbreak and flu still going around as well, I have been staying in a lot and shopping online and pick up only for almost 2 weeks. It is a bit concerning with the state of emergency declared in our state and across the country, but I am hoping common sense prevails and people practice good habits and stay home if you are sick. That would stop a lot of things getting around so quickly. A few years ago my former boss had his wife a party for her birthday, and someone came that was feeling not so well, but felt they had to attend for a little while, everyone that went ended up with a stomach bug that was awful for 48 hours. Every single person at the party got it within just a day or two of one another.

Praying we all stay safe and well and have a blessed Sunday!

Panda welcome back!!!! How good to read your post. I hope your life is now better. You got another dog. OH my your must be busy. Do you make wreathes for spring?

Karen glad you got a good report at the DRs. Yes retirement is nice. I had no problem.
My DD left on Wed. And we canceled our Cruse for next week. I don't think they would have take us any way becaue we're both well over 70. We did get out money back well most of it.
We might try next year.

May you all have a good day Hugs Fern

I am not sure they are really angels but I do know horses & dogs bring joy & comfort to many.

MARY BETH... I hope you enjoy your retirement as much as I have. Looking back, I am amazed at how easy I was able to emotionally disconnect from the job that I loved for 15 years. I think taking a part time job at a nursing home helped me.

My doctor appointment went ok. I did not loose any weight, just stayed the same.

Hi everyone. I have been kept quite busy. Counting down to my retirement date of June 1st when I can finally free up my daily schedule somewhat. There are things happening at work that have been sure signs that it is retirement time for me. Time for the younger support professionals to take over and us older folks to relax and let go.
Have a good weekend!

i agree with Karen about praying for all who are sick. so many are sick right now and it could get worse.
Tawni is busy squeaking one of her toys. she is so funny.

had some storms pass through today. it was windy and power flickered. thank goodness it stayed on. Tawni wanted to go potty and the wind was so bad i thought i heard a sound i didn't want to hear. i thought i heard noise like a tornado, but didn't see anything. it just got noisy. it quieted down.
Have a make the best of your Wednesday.

Where do those socks go?

It is a nice March day. I got my groceries yesterday & still have some to put away. I probably should not try to get a months supply in one day.

Waving to Mary Beth , Sue & anyone else that might be reading this!

My prayers are with all those sick with the virus & especially care facility residents & staff.

Karen...i need to sit back for a few minutes. just walked the pups. took the baby...Tilly by herself. she did good for only 11 weeks old and having neurological problems. when she makes a quick turn she does a somersault. she gets back up and keeps going. her balance is what is effected. we walked about a mile. then took the 2 older pups....8 1/2 months, Tawni and 9 years old, Panda. no i'm tired as well as the pups are. it was pretty windy, but the sun was out. rain in the forecast this afternoon. it is getting cloudy out now. temps in the upper 50's F for today.

nice to see you check in Marybeth....hope everything is going good for you.

wishing everyone a Magnificent Monday and make the best of your day!!!

Be careful if the road you travel on today might be slippery. I do think today is the last of our snow & cold. It looks like temps will now be in 40's & 50's for a few weeks.

Tilly's vet visit went no different than what we already know. she put it in medical terms. Tilly's problem is neurological. it is what i kept trying to explain to him before we took her to the vets. i kept telling him that her problem is in her brain. the vet thinks she will continue to improve, but who knows how far she will improve time will tell. Tilly is only 10 weeks old.
hubby was at a meeting this afternoon. i had to keep track of the 3 dogs. Tillie is so busy. it took her over 2 hours to take a nap. while she napped i was able to get hamburger soup in the crock pot. while i was with Tilly, Tawni decided to shred one of the couch cushions. what a mess she made. i think Tawni was mad at me because i went with Tilly to the vets and she had to stay home, then i kept them separate, because Tawni plays rough with Tilly. i think we are back to best buds again. i spent some personal time with Tawni.

we had snow last night and this morning so the trip to the vets was on snow covered roads. i didn't spend much time outside as the porch was icy due to rain changing to snow and it froze.

gotta take dogs potty.
have a fantastic Friday.

she didn't walk when the rescue first got her. she is a wobbly walker. she looses her balance and her head shakes. when she wakes up she has to work on getting her legs moving. she falls, but gets right back up. she just exudes cuteness. she jumps and runs, but falls at times. will hopefully know more after her vet visit on Thursday,

Panda, oh that is so great about the new puppy! I admire you. I pray it bonds with your husband and they both need each other. You have a big heart. I will pray for you all today.
Thanks for the encouraging words also. We have to keep moving forward!

Janny i can understand the winter blah's. it is hard this time of the year to be up beat due to the cloudy weather and lac of sun and getting that vitamin D to boost our spirits.
you have friend here on this team.

Thank you for liking the pics of my dogs. well, call me crazy as last week on Monday a spur of the moment decision and us getting another rescue puppy. she is a special needs pup, but she is so adorable and a super busy puppy.
Meet Tilly a 3 month old Golden Retriever puppy i have had a week now.

she goes to our vet on Thursday and am anxious on what they think of Tilly. i think my hubby is in the beginning of dementia and he was the one that showed her pic to me on the one rescue page. i told him if he wanted her to call. well, it was if you want her we can meet you or even come to your home with her. so on the road we went and met them half way and got her. she is doing good for my hubby. i'm hoping she bonds with him and not me. today she seemed to be excited when he came in from outside. she is wobbly when she walks and her head shakes. she looses her balance, but she gets back up and doesn't give up.

Have a wonderful Wednesday.

Hi everyone! I haven't been posting on my teams lately, but have put my exercise and updates in often. Sorry! I think I have a bit of the winter blahs! And the rheumatoid arthritis blahs too. WE have been very wet this winter with many more days of rain than we have had of sun.

I love the pics of the dog! I am an animal lover and especially dogs.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Janny

What a joy to see you post again, Panda Bear. It has been years since I owned a bigger dog. I enjoyed the pictures.

Good morning everyone. dropping by to catch everyone up. my horse Montana is almost back to herself. don't think her front feet will ever be the same. she is healthy and we are still keeping the precautions with her feet. she will need her front feet x-rayed soon to see if she can be taken out of the special boots and put some type of shoes on her feet. these special boots have been great for her, but we have to be aware of the weather as these boots are slippery in snow. she is so much her own self now.

my puppy, Tawni has grown so much. she loves her walks with my other dog Panda.
this is Tawni about a week ago. she loves the snow.

Twani and Panda looking out over the back yard and pond

Tawni loves her toys.

We had lots of snow this week. It looks pretty but I hate getting all the winter attire on in order to go out and do stuff.

MARY BETH....I bet your music talents add so much to worship services.

FERN...You are in our prayers today.

We are under a winter storm warning until tomorrow morning. Expecting at least 3 inches of snow. I sure am glad I got groceries yesterday & can stay in.

The PIZZA CASSEROLE I made last week is so rich I cannot eat much at one time. I guess I will have to freeze it for another day or two.

I am glad the veterans are getting the recognition they deserve!

You could be right. Sometimes death just does not make sense though - the one funeral was for a gentleman who was only 36 yrs old, was living with his mom, mom found him dead in bed one morning - apparently he had suffered from epilepsy so must have had a problem through the night. The other funeral was for a gentleman who was much older - 90 I think - he too died in his sleep. I suppose that is the most peaceful way to go - in your sleep without suffering and pain.

On a happier note, I had a good day - played music at church this morning and led a good choir practise session prior to service. Went out for brunch after church coffee break, came home for a short rest time, then off to work a three hour shift which went well. Just relaxing and enjoying the evening now.

Mary Beth.. I remember staff at the nursing home saying the rooms usually fill up around this time of the year. Perhaps the upcoming holidays without loved ones leads to some deaths.

Glad to see you post again.

Hi everybody. Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I've been way too busy I guess. Lots going on at this time of year. This week I spent a lot of time at church - we had a memorial service on Tuesday evening and then there was a funeral on Wednesday as well as one on Thursday. I am head of a bereavement team that meets with the family of the bereaved to help organize the funeral service. Hopefully there won't be another funeral for a while. But it seems every year once November arrives that there are more deaths occurring. Must be something about not wanting to go through another winter.

I stayed busy in kitchen yesterday. Sister Jill gave me some pears so I made a blueberry pear crisp using a recipe from HEALTHY EXCHANGE. It is suppose to freeze well. I also made some Bean Soup & cornbread. I need to go to grocery store but not my favorite job.

It is another beautiful fall day in Ohio. I need to walk around the house & put some things in garage or trash.

Fern... I am here. I just do not get on too early. I start my morning with coffee & read from several devotional books. The ROOTS & BOOTS concert was really good.

I wonder how Mary Beth is doing. I think she was under the weather on her last post.

Good morning
Not much here Redhen. Just waiting to go to church.
We have a beautiful day again today. I love it when I can open both doors and let the cool dry air in. We left the doors open until 9:30 last night. No humidity!

Have a great day all and remember this is the day GOD has made. Enjoy.
Hugs Fern

I think I could sing the Rain, Rain Go Away song all day & it would still be raining. Jill & I have tickets for ROOTS & BOOTS concert tonight. It is 3 country guys. Aaron, Sammy & someone else. I might remember his name tomorrow.
