My goal is to maintain. I was just able to take a bit off to reach my goal weight and I don't want to blow it over the holidays. I want to go into 2020 feeling good!!

The November-December Challenge is to lose weight or maintain your weight over the holidays.
It combines team goals at bottom of team page of daily exercise, keeping a food journal and staying within your Personal Calorie range for the day.
