Holidays are all behind me - last one last night -of course with a late buffet emoticon So today back in my healthy eating habits and my exercise plan , drinking water and earlier bedtime starting tonight emoticon And I will

I need to get out of the holiday mode and back on track. My goal is to cut out eating after dinner. I think this will help a lot.

Some of my spark break went great then lost 24# then I gained ten # I got lost along the way in the holiday food frenzy no more of that😋it is sad how hard I worked to lose and how short of a time it took to gained some of it
