SUE, we got that same snow that caused everything to be closed last Thursday and small classes on Friday, except for my Zumba class. I think those ladies would crawl through snow just to make it to their Zumba class!

I am sorry about your fall, and I hope you are feeling OK by this time. Enjoy your vacation. I hope you are going some place WARM. Actually, it hasn't been cold here at all this week, BUT we've had a lot of rain. However, I can take it...just as long as there is NO MORE SNOW!

HUGS to ALL

Love the added graphic.

Where should we start the thread on chia seeds. I also add ground flax seed. I can start the thread, but I'm not sure where to start it. (Under each topic division.)

We got the snow again. It's gone now and in the 60's. Gyms closed and no classes on Thursday. It was icy Friday, but I still had classes. (small classes) I managed not to slip on the ice since we had ice as well as snow. It got warm Friday afternoon and melted most of the ice and snow.

Unfortunately, the melted snow (water) refroze in some places, and Saturday a.m. before it warmed up, I managed to slip and fall on a spot. Not being careful because it was clear until you got to this one spot. Fortunately, my seat hit before my head. I managed to teach that a.m.

Did a nice tub soak with epsom salts that afternoon. Today thought I was just a little sore until I started exercising. My left side is what hit and got bruise on seat and knot on head. However, apparently I put my right arm down. Also seem to have a little whip lash. When I went to do a crunch, I thought my neck was going to break! Felt terrible. Now my whole right side is sore. (Not the side that took the brunt of the fall.)

Going on vacation later this week. I think I am definitely ready!

I don't have any graphics in any files. I've never really known how or even tried to do all of that. I do have a few photos on my Spark Page, but someone has always sent them to my computer, and it was only then that I could post them on my Spark Page. I am very computer illiterate. About all that I know how to do is Spark People 'stuff' that requires nothing other than logging into the site.

The online trainings that I have been taking are time consuming, but what bothers me the most is the amount of time it actually takes me to get set up and get started. I tried to do the last one today, but it took me an hour to figure out how to actually FIND the material. When I did find it, I knew that I would not have the two hours that it will take to finish it because I had to get ready for a class. I did about 20 minutes of it, and then I left it. I hope I can find it again when I can get back to it. I was going to do it tonight, but tonight got away from me. Now I am stuck doing it tomorrow because Wednesday is the dreaded DEADLINE!

It wasn't too cold here today, and tomorrow weather in the 60's is predicted. It is Wednesday that we are supposed to get sleet, freezing rain, and snow. I don't think it will reach the 60's tomorrow because it is supposed to rain all day.

It sounds like you are in a fun location. I hope your husband enjoys the EOD school and Memorial. My ex was in Vietnam in 1968 and 1969. He was a Seabee. We were stationed in Gulf Port, MS, and I loved the weather there. Wish I was there now! emoticon

Rest well tonight, and take care.

Hi Pam!

Yeah, I hadn't tried it out (the new image feature) until I just created this post about it! LOL

It's super-easy. The hardest part is deciding WHICH graphic within your files that you'd like to upload.

Oh, Pam! I so need to get busy and get some of my "already paid for" CEUs done! One is a 2-hour webinar on shoulder health. And I WANT to learn it!!! But I am also a Queen of Procrastination. And that's why I have a Love/Hate relationship with DEADLINES! They really HELP me get things done---but I also HATE them! LOL

Sorry to hear about the poor weather all over the United States. We left our RV spot of two months (south of Tampa) yesterday---and we headed north about four hours. We were STILL in Florida while we camped overnight though. And it was super-chilly! I want to say the word COLD, but that word in comparison to how COLD it is even farther north would not be a fair comparison!

Today we traveled west on I-10 and we're in a state park just 10 miles (or less) from Destin, FL. My first visit here, and it is certainly a tourist attraction! Lots of fun-looking restaurants and LOTS of stores--including the beach souvenir type stores.

My husband wants to visit the EOD school and EOD Memorial tomorrow that's in this area. I may have already described it elsewhere on a post, but EOD stands for Explosive Ordnance Disposal. That's the area he was trained in when he went to Vietnam, so it has meaning to him.

Gotta go! We changed time zones today, so I gained an extra hour. While normally that would be wonderful, I am already terribly fatigued since I only slept about 4.5 hours last night. (Don't know what my problem was... just insomnia...)

Hello Everyone,

I saw the information about the new feature, but I've not attempted to do it yet because I don't really know how it works. I do like the photos that you've posted, SUSY!

Nothing much going on around here. Still COLD, and thank goodness, NO SNOW, but we have had RAIN all day.

I have been completing a couple of online 'things' that we are required by the YMCA to watch and read about before March 4. I only have one more to go, but each takes TWO HOURS. Good information though, so it hasn't been bad.

SNOW predicted at this time for the middle of the week. The last time it was predicted, it 'fizzled' out before reaching this area. I hope it 'fizzles' out again. SNOW is NOT my friend.

Have a GREAT WEEK, ALL!
