Hope everyone is having a good month. Happy birthday, Susie! Mine is next month. I don't even want to think about how old I am. I don't feel or act that old!

It's still hot here. It was upper 90's today. I like summer, but a little cooler would be nice.

Still teaching lots of classes. Less pole and silks since the one studio closed. However, right before that I agreed to do some classes at a small fitness studio close to my house. Currently I have a lot of classes there. It's kind of nice since I haven't taught much Pilates or yoga because of so many aerial classes.

Just recently was asked to "invent" a Pilates ball class. (I had been doing a Pilates ring class.) I am having a ball with the ball class. It's with the small purple Pilates ball instead of the big stability ball like I used to use in Pilates and even yoga. I actually love doing and teaching the class. Some of the stuff I got off the internet, but I also got some stuff from a Pilates on the roller class I used to sub in and even some stuff from silk hammock Pilates.

Next month, we're going to be gone from Oct. 3 through 21.

Hello Everyone,

HAPPY SEPTEMBER, and I hope you are all enjoying your LABOR DAY! My plans are to "DO NOTHING." Of course, that is totally impossible, since my two sons will be here, and I have six cats, laundry, and my work 'homework' waiting on me to get it done. Anyway, 'doing nothing' is a nice thought! emoticon

The weather is fairly nice with the sun going 'in and out' occasionally. Nothing much going on this month other than my birthday. No workshops or certifications coming up for me.

My truck that I wrecked back in July is nearing the end of being repaired. It was a long process, but it should look good as new when the job is finished.

No more news from me! Have a GREAT DAY, and enjoy these last few days of warm weather.
