I'm starting today - had my hot green tea w lemon and my smoothie - woke up very late today so that was my breakfast - tonight will have fish and veggies for dinner and some veggie broth in between ... Looking forward to the Epsom salt bath tonight!

How is it going for you guys??

I have not been consistent...but have been loosely sticking to the guidelines!

My biggest tip for success- PREPARE! Have your smoothie supplies, grill your protein ahead of time ( I grilled chicken breasts) and have loads of veggies at the ready!

Anytime I was prepared, I did great. When I was hungry and had to make a quick choice...not so great!

I am planning to get back on plan- strictly- when the kids get back to school This is a great plan and it works!!

This my fist time with the 10, hope you well.

I want to STOP Shopping While Fat, it is no fun! (COMPLETE)

Hey there...new to this group, and believe it or not, starting a two week challenge tomorrow (Monday, 12/14)! I'm going heavier on the veggie version, but I like the smoothie recipes as is. See you soon, glad this group is here...I will need to check in often...

I never started this plan but have found something else I am going to try for now...I have seen lots of great results.

I was able to succeed with this diet when nothing else worked! I lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks despite misinterpreting how many nuts I could eat for the first several days.

My intent was to just add milk in coffee back into my daily regime but now have really slipped and am eating sugar and carbs again. I need to get back on track before I gain back the pounds lost.

Looking for advice and support and hoping that posting here will help.
