No man. I do not have that problem either. We mostly eat the bad things and make the girls eat healthy, kinda backwards for us but good for the girls. We do let them have a treat every now and then.

Has anyone ever had an issue with their wives encouraging the kids to eat and snack on unhealthy items?

Here is an example:
Last night my kids were in bed trying to go to sleep. Since it is summer they have been staying up late watching TV, reading, playing video games, etc... But this week we told them they need to get back to their old habits of sleep.

Well my wife around 11PM said she was hungry and wanted a snack. I was shocked to hear her yell upstairs to bring the boys down. They were not hungry. She started bringing ice cream out, the boys said they wanted smoothies. She coerced them to eat the ice cream after about 5 mintues. Why would she do that? The smoothie was ready in the fridge (she does not like smoothies by the way, but me and the kids LOVE them) but she opted to give them ice cream, even though they wanted the healthy option.

Has anyone had this issue? I have spoken to her about this in the past, but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears.
