Yesterday I rode the recumbent bike for 60 minutes and did a kickboxing video here on SparkPeople. Today I've done leg exercises for 10 minutes and am going to try another video or two.

This a.m. I just did the Slim in 6 (Slim & Lean) - a great way to start the day - I am sure I will progress into a walk after dinner and possibly end the night with some air climber time.

Today's schedule got away from me, so I didn't fit my workout in until late. Although lots of other things were tempting, I got in a 30 minute walk and 20 minutes of yoga.

Ok, my computer is going haywire let me try this again. I did 2 10-minute workout today to make up for yesterday. 20 minutes of cardio kickboxing which burned 369 calories.

My grand total with workout and 2 10-minute workouts was 799 calories burned emoticon
