Hey -- I'm interested too. I've been doing challenges in one of my other teams and it has been very helpful and keeping me on track as far as getting my fitness minutes in.
However, I'm having some trouble with my diet lately -- falling back into some bad habits these days.

Sounds like a great idea to me!

I like it! I know I've been MIA - work's been a lot busier for me. Right now I'm looking for a portable DVD player to make it even easier for me to workout in my basement - I hate unplugging my laptop and lugging it downstairs - whatever helps, right!

I NEED to get my butt in gear.

Sounds like this idea is going over well! I'll think about how to implement it. Any suggestions? I have my own ideas, however I want to see if you guys can come up with anything.

It sounds like a great idea to me. Anything nutrition related will be helpful to me as that is where I have the most trouble.

sounds good. I need to figure out what I'm doing wrong. I went on vacation and gained a few lbs. I need to feel satified when I eat and not want to keep wanting to eat more.

I'm just floating this idea to get some responses from you guys. What do you think of a Diet + Nutrition Boot Camp as a challenge for July? I'd like to do a challenge in July, however everyone is doing the "drop 2 lbs a week" or whatever challenge and I'd like to do something different and more productive over here.

What do you think? If you don't like this idea, then do you have any ideas of your own? If we get good ideas then we can have better challenges!
