I was just thinking today about bad habits, not just ones in our diets but ones overall, that we need to break to really be free in our lives.

I started taking a medication that interacts with alcohol with deadly results. If I drink while taking this med, I will get very, very sick and if I drink enough I could die. With this in mind I'm not touching a drop of alcohol!

I'm not an alcoholic and never have had a problem with alcohol. However, with cutting it out of my life completely, I've noticed that there were times when I reached for a glass of wine out of habit when I was upset, or a beer when I got together with friends, etc.

What habits do we need to break? I'm by no means saying that drinking is bad. I'm just asking everyone to think about what has become a habit that is potentially keeping us back from being our best.
