Yes, once back in 1989. It had black and white stripes and belonged to my sister. *gg* Now I own a lovely aqua-blue two piece from Frederick's of Hollywood which has lived in the back of my drawer for almost 12 years.

I did as a teenager (too many years ago to remember). I don't think I felt comfortable in it then though even though I was pretty small.

The journey may be rough and rocky but the view when I get there is going to be awsome!

I never could. I went from flat chested to HHH in 9 months.....not a pretty picture. So for support before my reduction, I had to have heavy duty 1 piece. And after, I was self conscious of my scars. Now, yeah - even at goal weight and with a tummy tuck, I doubt I would....

When I was a kid I remember having a two piece. I did wear a tankini (no belly showed) when we went to Hawaii in 2002.

every spring, summer, and fall... the tinier the better... slathered in SPF 50 on my arms, shoulders, and face and SPF 8 tanning oil on the rest. I emoticon basking in the sun, recharging my batteries, and getting minimal tan lines. It does take all summer for me to get a tan, though...

I got a really cute Tankini at Torrid! It was so cute and fit very well. I usually stay out of the water and out of sight for summer since I dont want to show off my size but this last year I concentrated on water arobics, swimming and wading in the water. Now that burns calories!

I wore a traditional bra top styled bikini 2 times (at my thinnest, a size 6) but was too self conscious in it. I have a tankini now and have for the last several years. I also have a vintage inspired swim dress that comes to the very tops of my thighs that I love!

I had a teeny-tiny orange bikini when I was in my early 20s. Then I figured out that wasn't good behavior, and started dressing modestly. I didn't put on weight till I was 41.

Two pieces were always my swim wear of choice; that is before I gained weight, so until about age 45.
Now am am far too heavy and would be horribly self-conscious. (Unless the 2 pieces were a t-shirt and some shorts, LOL!)

I wore bikinis in college, but never felt great in them. I wouldn't be caught dead in one now!

I do, however, wear a tankini now. I don't look good in it, but I'm tall and it doesn't ride up like one piece swimsuits do.

I live in Hawaii, so everyone spends a lot of time at the beach or in the water (even this time of year!). Because it's so much a part of the lifestyle, people are a lot less self conscious of how they look in bathing suits.

When I was 13 years old I lost almost 100 lbs and the first thing I did was get a bikini that summer......big sigh...gained the weight back and never wore another bikini, even when I re-lost the weight. I just never felt comfortable in one.

I have in the recent past, even though I didn't look great. I wore men's board shorts to try and hide my pudge, but I was practically falling out of my top. I just wanted to fit in with everyone else and their 2 pieces. Now I know to wear what looks good on me and what's comfortable for me. emoticon

I was a competitive swimmer in my younger days and have always preferred Speedos. I still wear them to this day, but if I got to my goal weight I'd wear a two piece to the beach again.

Back in the Paleozoic when I was 16 I wore a two-piece one summer, but it was much more modest than a bikini. Now, I sometimes wear a tankini which covers as well as a tank suit and you can seriously swim in it. Bikinis, not so much. LOL

No bikini -- even when I was younger and alot thinner, I was WAY too modest to EVER wear a bikini!!!!! I DID wear a two piece (long top) when I was in my late 20's with young kids etc. Haven't worn a bathing suit in years now though....

Yes, when I was child and then a few times when I was in my 20s. I can honestly say though even when I feel I can fit back into a bikini I most likely will opt not to and prefer choosing a one piece.

Not voluntarily or as an adult. I like to swim and a one-piece bathing suit seems much more comfortable for that. Lying on the beach drives me insane so no, no bikinis.

Mine seems to be the standard reply LOL. Yes, in my teens through 30's. Actually for part of my 40's I could have gotten away with it, but by then I had more to hide than just a muffin top.

Nope, never for me. Heck my latest suit (from about two years ago) even has the little skirty thing at the bottom to hide more thigh!

Back when I could have worn one they put sold both pieces together instead of separate and I was two different sizes top and bottom. So, no.

It has been at least 5 years since I wore a two piece. I actually wore one a couple of months after having my son. Time to go looking for a new one. I live in Miami and rarely make it to the beach, but I see a lot of people wearing them when I go to the clubhouse.

No, I've never worn one. Back in the 80's and early 90's I was small enough I could have but the opportunity never came up.

Have a picture from my honeymoon in 1971 that proves I wore a bikini (now just considered a two piece) but haven't worn one in a loooooong time and never will again. I'm thrilled that I'm comfortable in a one piece now emoticon

I wore a bikini in my teens, 20s, 30s and for a while in my 40s but have been too eratic with my size since then. I have a lovely melon colored bikini which I use as a goal pc. of clothing to spur me on.

Tankinis are nice. I can honestly say though, other than those, I have never had the self esteem or courage to wear a bikini. And I highly doubt I ever will either.

I wear one now. It just happens to be a tankini that is very flattering and really covers more than most one piece suits. The bonus is that you don't have to strip naked when you have to go to the bathroom. emoticon

When I was in my 20's I had a bathing suit that had a removable midriff piece. It was attached under the bra part with velcro--a new thing at the time. I did, on occasion, remove the piece and wear the suit as a two piece. But rarely.

I wore a two piece off and on until I was about 45. That's when I really started putting on all my weight and yo yo-ing like mad. Up and down 100 lbs.

I've been at goal weight since Oct., but a big scar from a car wreck and surgery I had will never allow me to wear a two piece again. I am excited to look ok in a one piece now. For years I didn't even own a swim suit.
