I do my pt routine in the morning. After that, it depends on my work schedule. On work days, it could be afternoon or evening. On my days off, I go to yoga class in the afternoon if available or do a yoga video at home. Just getting ready to add in some other exercises.

It is about the last thing I want to make room for in my day but when I do... morning is too early and nighttime I feel like a log so probably around noontime before lunch is best for me.

DD is staying with us until she gets electricity in her apartment in Puerto Rico. It should be soon but meanwhile she goads me daily about this question and I resist IF I can...:) but, once on a walk I find it lovely and nice to be together...

Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of May 2019. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2019 to be back to below 155.

I have been known to exercise any time of the day of late I'm still trying to fit in workouts

They usually ask how you did for the last 24 hours, but I only do the last 12 ish. My other problem is they ask me how I did the Challenge of the Day. lol, I almost ALWAYS forget what that challenge was. oh well. I do my best.

Is this a trick question? The word 'favorite' has yet to connect with the word 'exercise' for me.

However...
1. Getting it over with is a wonderful WONDERFUL feeling, so a.m. would be best, if I did that, which....I don't.
2. My high energy levels are usually between 10 a.m. and 2 pm
3. Those energy levels don't return again until late at night, 10 pm or so.

My problem is the sparkcoach thing. I get on that late at night, but apparently they want me on in the morning because they tell me what to concentrate on that day. Which doesn't work for me.

I prefer mornings. That way I can cross it off my To-Do list instead of having it hanging over my head. Actually getting it done, of course, is a separate matter.
