No, but I remember rubbing some germ-killing soap on it once, and was kinda impressed. Thanks for the idea!

Don't have a favorite.

But anyone know how folks keep their bathroom faucetts shiny? Mine are always getting spotted and dull and I haven't found a solution yet. It was brand new back when I started using the vinegar...uh oh. Hope I didn't ruin it!

It depends on what I am cleaning. I like OxyClean and Zout to clean out stains. I like vinegar for glass, soft cleanser for the bath tub and for most everything else Thieves Cleaner.

Mean Green Mildew Cleaner. I guess I'm going to have to try vinegar though.

I like vinegar, especially when I'm cleaning out or spraying the exterior of the chicken coop. I use vinegar, dawn dish soap and water in a spray bottle. Shake and spray.

Vinegar!

Also hand sanitizer is good for hard to remove spots. My son said they use it in the Marines.

I use a variety of products, it depends on the surface I'm cleaning.

Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of May 2019. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2019 to be back to below 155.

Bathtub and sink cleaner (don't use on granite). TO MAKE: Pour one cup blue Dawn into a 32-ounce spray bottle (1/2 cup Dawn if you are using a 16-ounce bottle). Fill the bottle the rest of the way with white vinegar. Apply sprayer top; shake gently to mix.

The brand doesn't matter. Cheap store brands work just fine.

My favorite all-purpose cleaner is to put citrus peels in a glass jar & cover with vinegar & close lid. Let sit in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks, shaking whenever you think about it. Put the finished liquid into a spray bottle & use as a general cleaner.
