Turkey or Chicken sandwich, plain on toast, but I have to heat up the meat as I don't like cold and hot together.

I agree with WESTERNSAGE. We have a local eatery that makes really good ones but I have them infrequently because of the calories. When I do have one, I eat half one day and the second half the next day.

Slowly and surely wins the race.

Favorite is Reuben however I seldom have one because of calories. I also like BLT, or chicken salad on something other than white bread.

Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of May 2019. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2019 to be back to below 155.

I think it depends on if I'm at home or out. At home it is usually grilled ham and cheese (with tomato if I have any). Around this time of year it's turkey.

If I'm out and go to a sub shop or Paneras, I like chicken sandwich of some kind. Can't remember the subs, but Panera has a Frontega Chicken that I really like.

My favorite sandwich was a Ham & Cheese from this little sub shop that was sooo good. They tried to expand into a bigger place and then ended up going out of business. :(

Now I usually get a turkey club when I go out or I make it myself.

I agree with Carol on the type, but I love me some corned beef. (A hot pastrami on rye may be my #2 choice.) Now and then have some gourmet mustard instead of dressing. Can't be often due the excess of everything, but now and then for a splurge. The best for calories and sodium is ham and swiss on 647 bread with veggies and low-fat mayo.

I love a properly made Reuben on dark rye bread wish pastrami, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and thousand island dressing. Have to go somewhere to have it made.

I like a good veggie sandwich. The more different veggies the better. Since that means a few of each one, I leave a good one to someone else. I don't ear out often.

On 3 November 1718 the inventor of the sandwich, Earl of Sandwich, John Montague was born at London, England. What is your favorite sandwich? Do you make it yourself or go somewhere else to get it?
