You just made me hungry. Instead of plunging in, I'm going to hurry and track my food and see how much room I have left! See ya!

DH makes his own breakfast and lunch.

I always have just a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast.

Lunch I'll have left overs, or a bowl of soup. No sides...

Dinner I make for both of us. Usually meat, (chicken, beef, pork or lamb), one side probably veggies, potato or roll, and salad of mostly lettuce and tomato.

I also have 3 snacks of 100 cal. inbetween This is part of a diet of 6 meals a day. (All are not meals tho.)

We eat out about 4 times or more a week. One breakfast, often a lunch and usually two dinners. Most are planned social times with various hiking or biking groups.

Except on days of eating out I keep my calorie count at 1000 a day.

Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of May 2019. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2019 to be back to below 155.

I don't usually have a plan. Mostly whatever I have found and thawed. Sometimes I haven't thawed anything and have to go to the store get something. Sometimes I just get a craving for something like the hamburger I had to have last week. Many times it is just if I get hungry at a time that I can actually eat 3 meals.

For breakfast I eat a homemade bar that is composed of rolled oats, peanut butter, ground flax seed, dried berries and cherries, a bit of honey.

Slowly and surely wins the race.

Don't usually have a plan. Each family member takes turns cooking supper throughout the week and they get to choose.

Today though, I purposed to have a 'what does work for me' breakfast, and that was a boiled egg, oatmeal and strawberries (I increased to two cups straweberries today though).

Lunch was eating up some left overs, which were pretty healthy. Not UNhealthy anyway.

Today is my turn to cook supper and I'm making baked chicken, but I browned it in corn oil first, so I suppose that's not healthy. Making rice with that and some veggie.

I'm working really hard to be MY OWN BEST BUDDY (mobb?) instead of my own WORST ENEMY.
I've been more aware of my temptations....is this really an innocent snack? Or is it another 'same old-same old that got me where I'm at today?'.

I'm doing very well today. I'm also making more of an effort to accomplish more around the house before Sparking. Getting that laundry started, purposely searched for Donation Items.

I'm thinking about donating some things that I really like, but are NOT heirloom/sentimental, because I KNOW I don't want to get rid of THOSE, but at the same time, I need to Have Less. So I took two big steps today with that.

I also purposed to jump on my re-bounder for a few minutes before starting my day, just so I REALLY started my day, and didn't want to sit around until I really woke up.

I only plan dinners not breakfast and lunch.
Breakfast was grapes. Lunch is last nights left over dinner. I probably won't eat dinner because I'm not hungry. If I get hungry later, I'll probably have fruit or oatmeal or maybe 1-2 hardboiiled eggs. Our meals are healthy and from the research I've done, they're even healthier than the standard.

Last night I was going to make swedish meatballs and for the sauce use Campbell's cream of mushroom soup. (not healthy by our standards. My son said the soup looked disgusting. Okay, so homemade gravy it is! LOL Cut up the mushrooms and made the gravy and son was thrilled with the way it turned out. He even had me smell the canned soup and my gravy to compare. LOL)

Breakfast is what DH fixes. He has 4 main things he fixes and then they there are variations of them. Lunch depends on if and when I'm working. Sandwiches if I'm working the afternoon shift. Our big meal if I'm closing or not working. Dinner is what ever lunch isn't. The big meal is what ever I decided to do with beans and what ever veggies are in the house. Soup and stir fry are the most common.

I never do much planning, but then my menu is pretty much the same all the time. I have go to stuff that I can mix and match and usually come up pretty close. My goal is to land about three hundred calories under then use that for dessert at dinner. If I come up short. more dessert, too much, no dessert. It works for me but I've been doing it for a while.

I like to try to make a menu for each day with DH help, but he never gets around to helping. We have our own breakfast, I usually have cereal (Fiber One or something sweeter Mini Frosted Wheat) and water, lunch was bologna sandwich and few chips, supper will be soup and something as a side, not sure what. DH won't be home for supper so that will be on my own too.

Breakfast is a PB piece of toast, coffee, and diet cranberry juice.
Nothing else is planned.

We have a standard lunch of soup, a few whole wheat crackers, a small apple, and a small serving of ice cream (our only treat for the day). Breakfast varies: today it will be bran cereal and milk with a hard boiled egg on the side. Use to be a bran muffin and egg but now you can't get the original All Bran any longer and I haven't found an acceptable substitute for baking. Dinner? Who knows? But something healthy.

I have a loose plan. Regular breakfast of oatmeal with added fiber, ground flaxseed & brown sugar; teriyaki chicken & veggies for lunch; and soup for dinner.

Do you have your meals planned for today? If so, are they healthy ones? If not, why?
