100 calorie chicken noodle soup packet

Jackie I'm a Halloween baby but many years ago.
5'1.5" - I shrunk from 5'4"
Residents of Arizona (as of Sept. 2017)
Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of May 2019. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2019 to be back to below 155.

My hubby and I took our brand new 18 year old out to lunch at Hot Head. I had a burrito and nachos and WATER.

I went to the church tea, so I had a little chicken salad, 2 tea sandwiches about 3/4 inch wide and length about half the slice of bread that was cream cheese and nuts, 3 grapes, 2 mini cupcakes, a chocolate snowball round (that was really good), a scone, and peppermint tea. All little amounts.

Because my bio clock is screwed up, I don't get up until late and I eat brunch, snack, and dinner. So... for brunch, I had a frittata compliments of DW and yogurt with mixed fruit.

One half can of Campbell's Chunky soup, 6 Ritz-type crackers, small gala apple, and 1/2 cup holiday ice cream. This is our standard lunch, varying the flavors of soup.

I walked up to a local restaurant while I was doing my laundry and had fish tacos. That was my treat for completing the 5 k. I did today
