Since I injured my back I am slowly building back up. Right now, I'm between 2000 and 3000.

No. I'm happy to log in 3000 steps.

Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of May 2019. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2019 to be back to below 155.

Yes I was getting at least 15000 steps a day until last month when my RA went into the biggest flare up I've had in years. This month I started trying for 6000 steps a day. I use a Fitbit

Yes I have a fitbit and try to do 12,000 to 20,000 steps a day. I'm retired so I have to be creative some days to reach my goals. emoticon emoticon emoticon

My pedometers have never said I got that much. I don't know if they were correct or not. I know that some weren't, but I kind of doubt I have ever gotten 10,000 steps, even walking around the Stock Show all day.

In warmer weather when I walk outside I usually do, maybe five out of seven days. Cold weather is more like two out of seven. My watch counts Gazelle steps, but not Leslie Sansone steps. Guess I need to join a gym with a track again.

Apparently....never. I tried tracking this past week, not sure if my pedometer counts accurately...one day I took ONE step and it recorded as TEN! lol

Yesterday I sat almost all day at the desk and it recorded 400 something...I was like...I.don't. think. soooo.

I don't think I've gotten to 6,000 yet, probably around 5,000 something, and that was hard, including shopping for several hours.

I did when I first got my fitbit, but it was stressing me out and I was gaining weight. Then I heard about adrenal stress/fatigue and so I cut back and whoa, I lost some weight. ha. I guess I should like that, but I like jogging and I miss it. =/

It is recommended that we get at least 10,000 steps in every day. Do you?
