I have a Fitbit Jip and it is pretty basic but does everything I need it to do.

I have used a pedometer, but it doesn't help me much. I could be walking all day and it will show 700 steps. I just can't get them to work right.

I have a Misfit Shine. It definitely keeps me more active. It doesn't record my sleep hours correctly, though.

I have a Garmin Fenix 3HR and love it. It will do a lot more than I ever will.

I have a tracker, right now it is a Fitbit, but I take what I'm given. I started with a pedometer when I first started this journey. It was a big help. Now I feel I've reached my max as far as steps and remembering to move and wear it more because of the friends I have met using it.

I do. I finally traded in my [about] 10-year-old Fitbit clip-on tracker for a new Fitbit Charge 3 smartwatch. It has been really helpful to me during my recovery. In addition to letting me know how I'm doing in relation to the daily goal I've set, it celebrates when I reach that goal. It also reminds me each hour to move, which will be more of a benefit later on.

Do you use a device such as Fitbit tracker or smartwatch to track your steps & other activities? If so, how do you like it? Do you think it encourages you to be more active?
