I am trying to cut down on pop. I never keep it at home but I will pick up a 20 oz at the gas station or drive-thru. Sometimes I get diet but not always. I will be 36 next month and I have slowly been cutting down on pop the last year because even diet pop removes calcium and phosphorus from a woman's bones and osteoporosis starts in the 30s.

yes i have the same problem but not with the calories but with the drink.mine is pepsi light,no calaries but lots of junk in it.

this is one of the successful habits of a fit person, is that they give up liquid calories.

I am trying in this area really hard, some days are better than others. my liquid calorie tends to be Pepsi. I am trying to permanently switch to iced tea sweetened with Sweet Leaf (an amazing stevia product)
