For me, it is CHOCOLATE, in any form...chocolate cake, chocolate chip cookie...basically anything with chocolate in it.

I try to use moderation so I don't feel deprived (for not eating it) or guilty (for eating it). The moderation attitude has really helped me to try to stay on track.

yeah. a trigger food is one that is hard for you to control, or that might lead into another food. like for me, if i drink a pop then i want chips, or vice versa.

not sure what a 'trigger food' is..?? one you eat too much of? Lays chips. i buy the small bags (most of the time) and that way I am more apt to make a conscious decision.
