thanks susie for explaining how to copy and paste it took a while but i gotr there in the end.

1- how much weight total do you want to lose?
in total it was 170 lbs still have a long way to go even if i am over the half way mark.

2- how much have you lost?
96.5 lbs but i had lost 100lbs but put some on again.

3- what have you learned about yourself during this process?
that i am stronger than i thought i was,that i have staying power and even if i fall i can pull myself up when i want to.the most important thing i have learnt is only i can do it.no-one can do it for me.

4- when do you want to get to your goal?
idealy yesturday realistically i still have a way to go.it doesnīt really matter when i get to goal just that i get to goal and stay there.

5- do you have a weightloss buddy, if so who is it and how do they support you?
i have lots of buddies all mainly on sp.genia being my nr 1 top buddie as we started roughly the same time and had the same starting wieght and goal weight when we joined even if that has now changed abit.she was my first real sp buddie and we clicked straight away.i have other special buddies who know who they are as well including susie,steph and paula and bev.alot who are on this team.infact each and everyone of my sp freinds contribute to my success.in my real life i canīt say the same .i only really have one freind who is very,very thin and has never had a weight problem in her life.she is very supportive of me in everything i do but we donīt see each other often.

6- what kind of rewards do you give yourself when you reach a short-term goal?
when i first started i useto treat myself to clothes,a meal out,make up etc but now i have been going so long and money is knap by us at the moment.so i have me time,a bubble bath etc.things that donīt cost a lot of money.

7- How do you re-motivate yourself when you get off track?
lots of ways,it depends on what needs to be re motivated.it could be looking back to see how far i have come,writting a blog to help put things in perpective.a spark buddie,even a good music to get me up to move.also a break can give motivation in the right place.the main thing is to look for it and find it where you can.motivation can come in many discuises so remember to keep an open mind.

8- do you have a big reward for when you reach your goal? what is it?
i have a dress hanging out side my wardrobe for when i get to goal.i also plan to get a treadmill if i havenīt been able to get one before then.


9- what one thing are you looking forward to wearing when you reach your goal?
this dress i have hanging outside my wardrobe and if i find one a yellow polkadot bikini to send a photo off to genia.woo hoo genia for the polka dot bikini.

10- what is your favorite 'diet' food?
yogurt,though that was also my favorite when i was fatter lol.also like spinach and mushrooms.

11- what is a 'trigger food' - you know something that will create a snowball effect if you eat it?
when i am in emotional stress any food can be a trigger food even so called healthy foods.whenthere is no emotions involved.cheese and chocholate can be trigger food,especially cheese


12- what is one thing you will never give up or sacrifice for the sake of losing weight?my personality and sense of humour.i remember years ago when i did a sponser slim to raise money for leukemia research an old man said to me he would only sponser me if i kept my nice ways and my ready smile.he said he knew somany thin people who were never happy and never smiledor were freindly to other people.that has really hit home and i promised him i wouldnīt.till this day i try to keep this promise.doesnīt always work but i try my best.

13- what is one thing you look forward to doing once you get to your goal?
canīt say as i donīt believe being at goal is the magical be all end all.i would like to successfully maitain,anything else i donīt have to wait until i get to goal i can do it now.

14- What can you do now that you couldn't do just a few months ago?
cut my toe nails better,put on socks and shoes easier.go up stairs etc.infact there is so many that i canīt mention them all.the main thing is that i can control my emotional eating better.woo hoo.

15- What made you start to lose weight? What was that magic moment that said ' you gotta do something'?
mine was the birth of my last son.i nearly died twice during the birth qand also 1 time 5 weeks after the birth when i had to unergo a emergency op which also went wrong that i will havea corrective op on wednesday to repair.it made me realise that if i wanted see my children grow up and be there for them i have to do something about me.so here i am.

16- what can you give to others to help them lose weight, or stay on track with their goals?
my honesty.i am a firm believer that honesty, is the best policy even if sometimes you have to sugar coat it to get it over.by example we should always try and lead by example how can i expect my kids to eat fruit and veg when i donīt myself,or them not to eat alot of crisps and sweets if the y see me do it.the other way is to listen to people their wants and needs.to be there for them when they need you to be and to twell them when you are in need as well.people neded to be needed and by knowing when we are self in need we can reconise the need better in others.

17- what do you need from the FitGirls team to help you get to your goals?
all that i am getting now,support,fun,freindship,challanges,a listening ear and most of all acceptance for who i am.

18- If you could do anything you wantedto right now, what would it be?
what i am doing now sparking with my kids playing together nicely(not fighting for once)in my near.ask me in a few minutes you might get a differant answer.bu5t right now i am at the place i want to be.

19- If you could go any where you wanted to right now, where would it be?
to visit genia,with all my family with me,prefably at a spark convention so i can see all my other spark budies.

20- What is your favorite thing to do for yourself?
i have more than one.to go for a nice walk with the whole family.to sit on the couch cudderling the children and reading them a nice book.cushling with my husband on the sofa while watching tv.and to go on my crosstrainer,listening to good music without being disturbed.

starting this week i am back home most of the time. looking forward to tracking, exercising, and not stress eating!

1- how much weight total do you want to lose? 20-30 lbs

2- how much have you lost? 2

3- what have you learned about yourself during this process?
I always knew this but I am a stress eater. I have also learned i really need God in me with this or it won't work

4- when do you want to get to your goal?
yesterday. ok... 3 months

5- do you have a weightloss buddy, if so who is it and how do they support you?
my buddy is not really my buddy. we laugh about it. we call each other up and say, "I ate a brownie" and she will say "oh me too." we mean well but are not helpful to each other.

6- what kind of rewards do you give yourself when you reach a short-term goal?
i don't really. i should think about that. i am known to say 'screw it' and buy whatever it is anyway.

7- How do you re-motivate yourself when you get off track?
i just restart...

i don't. looking forward to reading the other memes to get some ideas.

i have trigger stress... but trigger food is probably chips. can't eat just one you know.

hmmm. my relationship with God. I think the two co-exist though. or are intertwined. so there is no risk there

process? When I get on a roll and stick to it I do better, but if I half heartedly exercise or watch
what I eat I don't do as well

date, just nice and slow.

he encourages me every day!

Fattening desserts, chocolate cake, fudge,
brownies, nenimo bars. They don't usually have a
snowball affect but make me feel bad the day I
eat it.

sacrifice for the sake of losing weight? some
kind of dessert, but I usually find one that
works for dieting.
13- what is one thing you look forward to doing once
you get to your goal? Looking better in the
clothes I wear.

something'? tired of wearing size 20 and up.

Maintaining the weight you've lost so far is
always good. If you gain it back you feel like
you've failed, but if you catch your self before
it goes to far you'll thank your self in the
end. And having somebody to do it with, who you
can talk to about helping you to get back on
track, and small reachable goals.
17- what do you need from the FitGirls team to help
you get to your goals? It always feels good if
somebody is relying on me for something then I
feel like I can't let them down, so challenges
are good, and encouragement or someone to cheer
me on ( which I feel I get from my fit girl
friends because their awesome:)
18- If you could do anything you wanted to right
now, what would it be? Go on a vacation with my
hubby and look good in a bikini.
19- If you could go any where you wanted to right
now, where would it be? Snorkling in Hawaii
20- What is your favorite thing to do for yourself?
Cooking healthy foods, go shopping, get my nails
done and going out to dinner (the last one can
get me into trouble some time but my hubby and I
have gotten into the habit of sharing meals so
it's not so bad:)

3- what have you learned about yourself during this process? I'm not a quitter!

4- when do you want to get to your goal? Yesterday! LOL!

5- do you have a weightloss buddy, if so who is it and how do they support you? All of SP is my buddy! I get support from all my team members of all the teams I'm on and participate in (that's the Biggest thing).

6- what kind of rewards do you give yourself when you reach a short-term goal? Rewards?? What are those??? LOL!

7- How do you re-motivate yourself when you get off track? Sometimes someone else can say or do something that will spark me into action again - but usually I have to find that spark within myself. It's not always easy, but it sure is worth it!

8- do you have a big reward for when you reach your goal? what is it? I'd like to fly 1st class to visit my mom!

9- what one thing are you looking forward to wearing when you reach your goal? I don't have anything that I look forward to wearing - I wear what I want now - as long as it is tasteful!

usually i give myself a new top or a pair of pants, because i need it. LOL

look at the pictures i take of myself every 4-6 weeks, whether i lose weight or not. I usually see a difference.

YES I DO.... a pair of diamond earrings. :)

a pair of jeans, and my diamond earrings. :)

10- what is your favorite 'diet' food? believe it or not, oatmeal with wildflower honey, cinnamon, strawberries, ground flaxseed. mmmmm love it!!

Pepsi.. yep, pop.. it gets really ugly once i have a sip. because it goes from pop, to chips, then something sweet.

my rice-milk chocolate bars (can't have dairy, love these bars thought) mmmmmm.

wearing an outfit that looks nice without having all the flab hanging out.

3 pushups. yep couldn't do any, but now i can do 3 (well they are the modified version, but they are still pushups) LOL

getting the news from the doctor that my triglycerides were more than double of what they should be. I never wanted to be on meds. now my triglyceride numbers are normal..woohoo!!

16- what can you give to others to help them lose weight, or stay on track with their goals?

keeping it real, letting them know i know where they are coming from, and encourage them as much as possible.

17- what do you need from the FitGirls team to help you get to your goals?

stay connect with other FitGirls, to encourage each other along the way, to laugh and have fun while doing it!

go on a vacation with my family for 2 weeks

Alaska via Alaskan cruise!!
