great advice you all i pacticully like genia´s and susies´s advice infact susie´s sounds so nice i will have to start giving it a try.

health doesn´t just come from the body there is a whole other lot of favtors involved, body, mind and even enviroment can play a role.i.e,others people smoke etc. but my favorite advice which i must admit becauseof my family´circumstance i don´t do is an old one.

early to bed ,early to rise, makes you healthy and wise.

another one is

an apple a day keeps the dr at bay.(dentist as well.)

karen,germany

blc fbi novice

if at first you dont succeed, try try again.

heaviest weight-330lbs
start weight sp-270.4lbs
goal weight-155lbs

if i was worth my weight in gold i would be a millionair.my riches are measured by other standards and are worth far more than any gold.

we cant become what we need by remaining what we are.

Fear less, hope more; Eat less,

My health tip : Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
When you exercise, drink 16 ounces of water prior to
working out, and 10 ounces of water for every half hour
of workout.
If we don't hydrate properly, our heart will beat an extra 18 beats/minute, causing stress on our hearts.
If we are not well-hydrated,our workout will seem more
strenuous; actually, it will be ! From Genia's Notes.

Thats a goodie EB!!

I like this one..

Don't put too much pressure on yourself to get to a goal in a certain amount of time. Our bodies are constantly adapting to what we put it through. Don't get me wrong, goals are great, but don't be upset if you don't achieve it. How your clothes are fitting is a key factor as to how your body changes (even if the scale doesn't fluctuate).
