Hi Lu,

I sometimes will even gain weight in the beginning as I am gaining muscle, but then I start to lose.

It could be a temporary water gain, hormones, or other reason. I wouldn't worry about it. You will see results soon enough from all your hard work!

Hi Yall,

Can someone please help me understand this! So I recently started working out and eating right and all and about everyday I would lose like a pound or more everyday now its like I work out sweat like a pig in hot yoga and I did a double yoga class last nite and this morning I got up went to the restroom and then I weighted myself and I was still the same weight as yesterday how come that is???? Then the next day I hardly do anything workout wise and I lose some weight how is that and why???
im just soo puzzled :/
