I started back on track as of 9/4. I weighed in at 239 lbs.. I weighed myself this morning and the scale read 234 lbs.
The 3 things that I am trying to focus on are:

1) No mindless snacking
2) eat more veggies
3) drink more water

My last weigh-in I was at 134.6. Its not bad for a 53 1/2 height but I want to be 10 pound lighter.

For my September daily habits:

Exercise with my hubby
Eat mindfully and slowly
Enjoy cooking healthy creative recipes

Add fruits and veggies
Adjust night time eating
Use my peddler more

Rules by Example:

Post Weight: 241

Post 3 Healthy Habits You Will Focus on This Month:

1) Add fruits and veggies
2) Add more water
3) Add more exercise

Taking things away or saying no or not makes you feel depressed and deprived and usually backfires.

Focusing on healthy habits is a better way to lose weight than watching the scale and it actually works!

You have to change your mind to change your body.

2)Weigh in the 1st of the month ONLY.
2)Set a healthy habit goal daily. What 3 healthy habits will you choose each day?
3)Post them here.
4)Watch the weight fall off when you focus on healthy habits and not the scale.
