Funny thing, i woke up in the night and had two small cookies to settle my stomach and when I get on the scale I find my scales says I am down some. I just figure I work the program and it all works out.

I can hold in water from the weather, but I have noticed a gain after eating totally right plus I've noticed a loss after a day of overeating. I think it is sometimes just our bodies at work. I was up several times during the night sick because I finished off the bbq chips before bed. Not smart!

Pumpkin cake tends to be rather short because it's so heavy. I remember the first one I baked I threw out because I thought there was something wrong with it. When the second one turned out the same I decided that's how they are supposed to be.

It is the spark recipe called carrot pumpkin bar but it comes out looking like a short carrot cake.you use pumpkin pie filling, ap flour and a cup of grated carrots as the main ingredients.
