I found a website that actually figures out your calories based on the juice, not the whole veggies. juicerecipes.com/build/ I've been building my juice there and then adding it as a custom food. Based on the nutrition facts in a recipe book I have, it seems to some out spot on. Good luck guys!

Just re started Spark, TODAY!!! emoticon

Found someone who mentioned a formula for juicing and figuring calories for no pulp

Look at the nutritional facts for the food you are going to eat. Take the fiber in that food, multiply by 4 and subtract this number from the original calories. This is the calorie number to list when you juice your food.

I was having trouble with that decision earlier and made a group of today's mix of veggies..I do not want to end up with lots of different groups so I think I will try instead to put a list of veggies I use for green juices in the amts I normally add....like 2 stalks of celery and so on and then pick off that list each time I make juice as for me it varies every day a little. I do not juice fast for days yet...Thus far I am green juicing in the mornings and sometimes at night as well..

I am brand new to juicing as well. Just bought a juicer too and went grocery shopping for all the organic veggies and fruits. I found some great recipes on here for juicing and I track it that way. Go to "My Nutrition" then click on "recipes" where you track your food. I typed in Watermelon Juice and found what I needed. My Daughter and I made Watermelon Lime Juice. We have also tried a Green Juice recipe but it wasn't on here so I just added the veggies that I used. Now I will try and use just recipes on here so it easier to track.

Hi,
I just got my juicer yesterday, so I'm not really juice feast ready, but had a quick question. How do you track your juice in the Sparkpeople food tracker? I'm trying to keep track of sugars and calories from juice along with my whole foods.

Any tips?
