ThIs is day 19 for me and my family. I feel better than I have in years and I have lost 20 lbs. My two daughters have each lost over 20 lbs and my hubby just started this weekend and has lost 8 lbs in 3 days. This is life changing. I'm a juicer for life.

I went to visit my daughter and she has been juicing for around 2 months. She loves it and made me try all the juices she was making. I loved everyone of those drinks. So... just bought me one and have been playing around with my foods and trying to figure my calories. emoticon
I looked up the team... which I will read all the old posts. Thanks everyone who share. emoticon

So I tried to start the juice feast yesterday, but had a hard time sleeping and gave into eating a lean cuisine. Today is the actual day 1 and at 9:30 PM, I am still doing okay where as this is the time yesterday that I ended up eating. As much as I hate to blog, I will write something each week as to how it is going.

Henir1 - how is your feast going? I wanted to do a 90 day feast 3 years ago when I was in CO and working out daily with a trainer and getting close to my goal weight...but since then had to move back to WI and all goals went out the door to where I now weigh more than I have ever in my entire life....EVER. Part of it due to horrible weather all the time and no jobs available that even if I can find one; even temp, I am lucky to get minimum wage and this is for someone whose has obtained 2 BS and 1 MS...more than 1/3 of what I used to make. Nonetheless, I am so disgusted with myself, I decided to set the goal of doing a 30 day feast. If this workes out, I may go longer, but will take it one week at a time...so today is Day 1.

I've been juicing at least one a day for six months.
April 1st - I'm challenging myself to 60 days of clean eating (90%) plant based, 1/2 gallon of water and exercise daily.
I would welcome anyone that would like to come on my journey!

Kelly :-)

I have not posted much, because I have been working on the inside of me - and clearing my mind and falling in love with myself. It has been an awakening, and for me that is wonderful, but a disservice to the team. I would love to have someone help out to get the motiviation going and who is willing to go for the gusto. Let me know where you are. Thanks
