I agree about the red meat. I am not a big eater of red meat because of high cholesterol and a heart problem. I sure hope it helps with my blood pressure though.

I dont know how to add the tracker. But I do have the DASH DIET Action Plan by Marla Heller am surprised at the amount of red meat in the diet.

I guess I should have posted this on this page instead of where I originally had.

When I was on Spark a while ago, there was a place to count daily fruits and veggies right below where we count the water. I cannot find it anymore. Is it possible to have it visible on our food tracker page? Would be very helpful, especially for the DASH program that emphasized F & V so much.
I am starting over and using the DASH Weight loss solution book. On my second day now. So far, so good.
