I had a pretty healthy week! I did not set a specific goal . Somehow I could not focus enough to do that. See you next week! chris

good thing about chips . every night Roy gets his granny
goose chips out. I dont care for them

I didnt have any candy last night either . My main concern is those blasted cookies emoticon for me

Oh no! I did shopping for Thanksgiving. "The kids" (daughter and BF) will be here . I know they like to snack through the day so I bought stuff for that. Oh dear--I got into the Ruffles chips with nonfat sour cream as a dip! chris emoticon

I just called to change a Wed. appointment. They can't change it! We have 3 big appointments on Wed. One is my deep tissue massage for my shoulder. I really need that and that massage therapist only is there Wed. mornings! My appointment is 11:30 and John's pump refill appt. is 1:00. I can only do all that if I take him with me to the massage. Well, maybe that is what I will have to do.

I guess him sitting in his wheelchair there won't be much different than him sitting in it at home. It will still be tight.

And much later that same day, I have a pre-op appointment . Everything on one Wed.!
I picked that day for the 2 appointments because I usually try to hit the pool Wed. morning at 9:15.

I hate complications like this.

I hope you are feeling better, Chris.

I am having a great day! The weather was great! Went to my WW meeting but chose not to weigh-in. Not the best week. Too many birthday celebrations and not choosing wisely, but that is behind me. I am back on track! I went out and bought a yoga mat & blocks and did a beginners routine. In fact, I pinned several beginners routines to Pinterest. I walked and had a nice healthy dinner and tracked all my food. Feeling happy, in control and ready for a great week! emoticon

I still am not feeling well. I stayed in bed till 11:00 am this morning. I am now cooking a chicken in the crock pot. But the kitchen is a mess. I hope I can clean it up before tomorrow morning. DH and I did take a nice walk and enjoyed the autumn sunshine! chris

I have to say I have been worrying about the holiday. I keep wanting information from my daughter about who I will be serving at Thanksgiving. She does not plan too far ahead and I know I used to be exactly the same way! I know better now that I am older. If I felt better this would be easier. But my recent illness has left me tired and "gloppy" from nasal dripping down my throat. I really hate this. chris
