Dinner finished up pizza from Wed and a little butter lettuce with ranch dressing
sorry i had cookies but they are now gone ! poor tom is still waiting for his . a friend sent some to him on Wed to help me out they are still trying to find him too! emoticon

Thursday: breakfast kombucha,
lunch romaine salad with pomegranate seeds, radishes, cranberry boursin cheese, home-made raspberry vinaigrette.
Dinner: Spark recipe lower fat onion soup using low sodium broth instead of bouillon cubes and leaving out the salt and sugar.

Brunch = 2 toast with apple jelly - Greek yogurt with raspberries and bananas

Supper = green & red pepper salad; New Orleans potato salad, ham, cooked spinach

Snacks = banana, clementine

Breakfast out at our RedHat meeting. 2 eggs w/homefries (only ate half) wheat toast (only ate half)
2 cups of green tea. large glass of water.

Lunch
none

Snack
Clausen pickle spears (2)

Dinner
Chicken soup (homemade) left over. w/slice of pumpernickel bread (no butter).

Also had several glasses of water throughout the day.

for dinner i making baked Chicken and rice
baked potato since i did not have a lot of rice when i started building dinner . it all stuck to the chicken l I wanted to eat on the plate

Good thread Shirley. I already write down what I eat but will come here too.

Breakfast/brunch this morning was oatmeal with 1% milk; 1 slice bread, toasted, with a bit of butter on it; an individual container of yogurt; coffee with a bit of sugar and cream.

Supper: 2 slices of veggie pizza on thin crust, applesauce

Evening snack: yogurt

Grammy, what is your recipe for the muffin cups? I made some yesterday and guess I didn't spray enough each tin and had a hard time getting them out. Tjeu were good, and just ate one for breakfast, and my old fashion donut from Dunkin my Son is bringing me will be my 2 slices of toast this morning. :) I will check and see if you have put the reciepe online.

Good idea to post what we eat. I forget to post sometimes in my diary, and have WW on my cell and still forget. UGH!!

First of all thank you. I like this idea of posting and sharing and helping each other. I think this will also help keep me more accountable.

For breakfast this morning I had 2 scrambled egg muffin cups made with egg, red peppers, onions, cheese and Canadian bacon. Also had 2 cups of black coffee.

Lunch cheese and wheat thins

Dinner. Sloppy Joes on a skinny top ,macaroni salad

Off to Toronto today so honestly a too big breakfast so I don't get hungry on the road. 2 slices of Udi's bread, 2 large eggs, 3 slices of Kirkland pre-cooked bacon so I'm not so tempted to eat unhealthy on the road.
