A life coach may be a good idea, especially if i they help you focus on your own goals. It is good to get things down.

Many people are making "mission statements" like many companies make to state clearly their goals and desires. I'm sure you can make this work for you.

Good luck with your plan

No, I have never used a life coach. Sorry, I have no thoughts on the matter.

Those are worthy goals to work towards. Let us know how it goes.
Wishing you all the best.....

We met with a life coach for the first time yesterday evening. Have any of you worked with a life coach before or have suggestions to make it successful?

My goals that the coach will be helping me with:
Eat more healthy by incorporating meatless Mondays and ensuring ALL of my daily water is finished before reaching for a soda.
Be more active by walking of biking at least 4x per week
Practice saying "no" when people ask for my time, but it doesn't bring me joy or is an important activity.
