I was so estatic yesterday that I tried on my red dress - it is loose! I want to make sure I take a good picture and post it so you ladies can see it. Uber-excited!!!

Hello ladies!!! Just wanted to stop by and let you know how my week went. My exercise has gone really well, but then I ate vegetable fajitas one night for dinner. I had no idea how many calories were in them - I mean, it was just vegetables, but they were covered in what must have been maybe oil. In any case, after that, I did extra cardio and cut back some on my calories (still keeping 1200 of course).

I lost 3.6 last week! Which means I've hit my anniversary/Valentine's Day goal early. Yay!!! I am really happy and really excited!!!

I actually had a brilliant idea the other day.

My Fiance's parents gave me a victoria's secret gift card for Valentine's day.

I was thinking of buying a lil somethin somethin but I got to lose the 10 lbs first!
Which am I crazy for thinking I can Lose 10 lbs in 5 more weeks? Well I am going to try my best!

I am excited about this challenge! I did switch up my routine a little again this week. I'm doing cardio 5x a wk and WT 4x a wk. I am paying attention to my calorie/nutrition tracker better too.

5 lbs. 5 weeks. I can do this!!! emoticon

Love this challenge.. However Red is not my best color.. But I am totally all about buying a sexy fun dress to show off to my fiance' in for Valentines day!

I too am 5'4'' and 140lbs. Trying to get to 125 also.. Good luck.

Weights 2 xs a week
Cardio 4x a week
Yoga daily

Eating Healthy!!!!!

What a fantastic goal! You can SO do this! Valentines day weddings are so romantic :) I'm sure if we keep at it we can both be ready to go this V day!!!! This week I have shin splints but I'm working on still exercising!

First of all, I got married on Valentine's Day weekend. (February 12th) Already have a red dress and a really nice cabin booked for that weekend. :-D

My goal is to lose 40 lbs. by my anniversary. Right now I'm at 35 lbs, but I would really like to lose more by then. I switched to a new cardio/WT routine this week to avoid any sort of plateau. My weigh-in this week was the same as last, so I really don't want to go through another plateau!

Anyway, this week I've done cardio and WT every day since Monday. I am doing 45 minutes of cardio (treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, sometimes swimming and Your Shape 2012 exercise game) and then about 30 minutes of WT alternating days between, upper body, lower body, and core.

Sorry for going on and on! I'm excited about my anniversary and Valentine's Day weekend, and I want to work really hard to lose weight and tone up before then. :)

Hey ladies!

So my goal is 5 days a week of exercise or 4 hours of activity (whichever comes first!).

My "week" starts on Monday because Sunday is my lazy day, so so far I worked out for 45 minutes yesterday on the elliptical machine and then did some ST. Not bad, not bad. Going to go plan my work out for today! See ya :)
