I'm on day 13 of the trial. I am still debating whether to sign up or not. I cna't see me emailing a coach to be honest. I do like the videos and the daily "theme" which is pretty much available for free on SP but just much easier to find articles etc. Those are really the two differences between the free site and the spark coach site. I'm not sure what I'd like to see more of though to really make it jump out at me. you know?

I did! I like the daily goals and activities and it feels "personal" to me. I'm only in week 2 and really enjoying it. I think the daily visualizations are great and I'm glad someone is coming up with them for me.

Just signed up for the 3 months. Right away went and bought some stuff at the spark store that I had my eye on. *wink, wink*
I really hope spark coach helps me. I used to rely on family support, but that back-fired. I ended up over-training and my support system really turned into a negative instead of a positive. Now I want to do things on my own, but still want support and the option to email a coach if I have questions or concerns.

It took me a few days of advertisements for me to sign up for Caoch. When I saw how wonderfully inexpensive 3 months of access to support was, I signed up for the full three months. I haven't emailed a coach yet! I am too afraid! I am weird about it. But I know it is there for me if I decide to do it. I get a lot out of the daily check-ins. Today's coach talk with Nicole about positive self-talk hit home so deeply. It's not that I don't know that stuff ... I need the reminders so I can keep working on the life-long bad habits! I really am getting a lot out of participating in Spark Coach.

You’ll get where you want to go as long as you are taking more steps in the right direction than the wrong one.

I did 10 days of the free trial and then signed up. I actually look forward to my daily check in. I can't wait to assess my last 24hrs and to see what video they have for me today. I really like it. I'm hoping that I will be able to get to my goal by the end of my 3 months.

Gail - it is worth the money. If you need the help with staying focused or motivation then SP is for you.

I am now on my 5th week with SP = and for the 1st time ever I have lost 11 pounds -- I have never ever before lost 11 pounds in 1 month.

Just checking in daily and taking the time to go through SP - doesn't take long at all - will motivate you to keep the current day in focus - seriously give it a consideration as it is well worth it

I'm thinking about joining for the 3 month SparkCoach. I am in day 9 of my free trail but just really looked at it today. It looks very motivational but I'm worried that I may be wasting more money on losing weight. I know that it's more than worth the money if I use it. What is making you all come back to use the program? Thank you! Gail

But I am back now, rested and on board. I do like the hand holding. I need that.

When I was looking into this, I believe I posted on the community boards, and entered question
to limit search. I believe I found the answer there. I want to say thee months is $13.99 and following that it is $7.99. Please don't rely on this because I have not been on track lately with my details.

I signed up for the 3 months, so worth it to me. The accountability, resources, support, and compared to WW for example, it's cheap.

I NEVER saw a 3 month option - If that is a price break, WHY didn't I see it? Is there still a chance? I signed up for one month and at 7.99, it would really be a financial burden for me to continue. Is there any help?

Absolutely. Something about Sparkcoach really clicked with me, so I definitely paid for 3 months in advance and now I'm about a month into that, I think. Money well spent, imo.

I signed up b4 my trial was over...it was a no brainer for me. The first time I was at SP for about 2yrs, but was never 100% consistent or committed. I did lose 20lbs, but used every excuse in the book when things didn't go right. I didn't have internet at home & that was main excuse b/c I could not connect evenings or weekends. Today, I'm determined to do what I need to do with all the help & support I can get even at a small cost.

Blessings, m

I am interested in signing up, but have paid for and failed so many times in the past that I am testing myself with the 2 week trial to see if it makes a difference. I am hoping this will be the thing that works, but lack confidence in myself. Will be interested to hear how others, especially those who may have struggled for a long time, are doing using the SparkCoach program.

I decided to commit to three months because I believe it will take at least that long for many of my life changes to become habit. I'm already seeing some progress in that I'm exercising more and watching what I eat better than I have before.

I did and am hoping it will help keep me focused. Summer is a hard time for me to spend time on ME! I am hoping that as the coaching progresses that I can get more out of it. Am finding that since it starts with the basics that I have already progressed past those ideas

I signed up for 3 months, just to see how it'd go and if it will help me further my goals. I'll reassess as I near the end of that 3 months to decide if I'll continue on. (Although if they kept a pay-by-3-month option, I'd probably re-up, knowing me.)

no, cash is low for me as it is a non-pay week, so I had to go with the monthly option...even at $7.99 per month I think it is still worth it.

I just signed up. I like that it helps me take a few minutes each morning to get focused for the day. With kids starting back to school last week, it was challenging with my exercise, but this next week I am hoping to create a good schedule that I can use that will include time for reflection and also my exercise.

I just did. I did WW for many years and did lose, however, like a lot of people, put it back on. I like starting the Fast Break Step all over again as I was very confused when I did SP a couple of years ago. I just came back this July. I like the step by step, the idea that I can email a coach and the focusing. Plus the Spark Guy emails are inspiring as well.

So, I am going to see how the 3 months will help me continue to lose and hopefully not get stuck on a plateau but continue to stay motivated, lose and not gain back. This is ABSOLUTELY the last time I doing this weight loss thing. I want to feel, be all that I can be and more at my age - even with my health issues.

I lost 30 with WW and kept it off for 4 years but over the past year have started to put it back on. I would love to lose it all today but I know it is unrealistic. But losing it over the next 2 months is something I know I can do soI signed up for 3 months. I only have 7 pounds to lose but I've been unable to stick with it. I have found the free trial to be helpful. I feel more motivated.

I'm signing up once I'm done with my free trial. I've enjoyed getting a little boost in the accountability and motivation.

I just signed up for the 3 months. I've used WW online in the past and kept going back and forth between the two sites. Now I'm just using this site, because WW is so expensive and SP has much better online support. I love the online community and support that comes from it. I also love the set up of the SparkCoach and how everything is laid out and there is a daily lesson. The price is a good match too, especially in this economy!

After reading the replies and getting the question answered I have been asking myself, Why is everyone saying "I signed up for 3 months" I think I just might do it. I think that is a great deal! I have to agree with another member who said they lose track of time reading all over the site. I do too! I am finding it more helpful that I come to one place and everything is laid out step by step for me and I don't have to search though board after board.
I am not sure if it has been this new part of the program but I feel very on track.
I hope everyone reaches their goals set for the day. emoticon

I signed up. I was paying my nutritionist $500/month with weekly feedbacks and telecoms. I am actually up 4 lbs over where I started last year, so apparently, it didn't work so well. This is very economical in comparison to what I was paying. Hope to see some results!

I don't think it offered me a three month option..but I'm okay with that. I signed up for the 7.99 per month so it will just keep going and going and going.

I really needed this!!! Thanks again to Spark Folks for setting this up.

I believe the cost will be $7.99

I joined at the $14.99 for 3 months and it told me the payment after that would be $7..99

If they are not offering the $14.99 now but are offering 99 cents for the 1st month - still a good deal.

I signed up for the 3 months and the website only gave me 2 options - 3 months for $14.99 or 1 month for $7.99
